☆足裏のアーチ(土踏まずを上げることができる) 私が実際に体感しているにのはこんな感じ😄 実際は圧をかけるだけなので空気を押す感じにはなりますが空気を押すだとなかなか感覚が掴めないので 最初は実際に何かを踏んだ方がわかりやすいです。 ずっとやっていると足裏アーチができてくるので 感覚でわかるようになります。 (でも感覚を掴めるまでやり続けないと難しいと思います) 昨日はレッスン中にやりましたが やはりこの説明になるとかなり時間かかります💦💦 ただ手順だけ伝えるだけだとなかなか実感できないので 実際に足を触ってフォームを確認すると生徒さんは良さを実感されます。 大人リーナさんの足を触っていて思うのが すごく筋肉が固い(というより自分で固く使っている)です。 力を入れすぎている感じがします。 ただ、じゃあ抜けばいいというわけではなく抜き方があります。 上手く抜けると見え方は同じ(もしくはそれ以上)なのに 筋肉に力を入れすぎていないので楽に感じたりします。 ただただレッスンをこなすことも良いかもしれませんが ストイックな方ほど使い方を習うと良いかと思いますよ。 今はつま先の伸ばし方、アンデオールの仕方、胸椎伸展など項目に特化したセミナーはたくさんあります。 レッスンという形ではありませんが しっかりと使い方を学ぶと後に楽に踊れるようになります。(セミナーを受けるだけでは体に染み込まないので何度も繰り返しは必要です。) もちろんただ踊りたいだけという方にはあてはまらないアドバイスかもしれませんが、私は色々と学んでよかったなと思います。 年齢が上がれば上がるほど筋肉に負荷がかかるからこそ 大人には学ぶことをオススメします。 #大凪真生 #大人リーナ #大人バレエ #ルルベアップ 私が履いてみた感想はとにかく足裏が立体的に置かれる感覚があり骨盤がしっかりと立つ感じがしました。 足裏がべちゃと床に張り付かないだけで骨盤に反映されて 自然と背筋が伸びる感じ 骨盤が真っ直ぐだと体の重さが足にどっつり乗っからない感じです。 (いつもバレエクラスで言っている重力に負けない感じ) いくつか速度の速いステップを踏んでみましたが ソールがずれる感じはありませんでした。 このエクササイズやるだけでかなり体感温度上がりました💦💦 子供ってしないでと言ってもよくぴょんぴょんジャンプしますよね😅 全然しんどくなさそうに... 自然とジャンプするために引き上げが起こっていて 膝や足首でバネを作り軽々と飛んでいく感じ🦜 大人になってくるとジャンプをしなくなってくるから 体の位置も落ちやすくなるし1回1回跳ぶのにものすごくエネルギーがかかってしまう
