マスタードカラーのモールスキンを、 「OG-4」に落とし込んだサンプルJKT。 3月23日に紹介した写真の通り、 当初の襟はより濃色のダークブラウン。 しばらく着てみたが、しっくりこない。 そこで「OG-7」や「OG-16」で使い慣れた、 「いつものダークブラウン」に変更することに。 岡山児島のアパレルナンバに送り、10日ほど。 襟の付け替え作業が完了し、手元に戻ってきた。 これだよ、これ。 ワーク然とした、骨太な佇まい。 当初感じていた色味の違和感は皆無。 日中は流石に暑いが、朝晩は肌寒いこの時期。 着込むほど現れるシワとアタリを楽しみながら、 肉厚なモールスキンの相棒に袖を通している。 「OG-4」「OG-7」の型でサンプルを作ったが、 まずは「OG-4」ベースを先にリリースする予定だ。 今秋、ブラザーに袖を通してもらえるように、 準備を進めている。 #ogbros スタッズベルトに組み合わせる、 オリジナルの真鍮バックル。 その最終仕様の原型が完成した。 こだわったのは、所有欲を満たす重量感。 真鍮の塊、角材を彷彿させるソリッド感。 本生産時は、この原型を元に鋳造で成形。 鋳造後、個体ごとに槌目を加え、 同じ表情がふたつとない、 唯一無二のバックルへと昇華させる。 故に写真の原型はバックルとしては未完成。 最終的に大小の槌目を加えることで、 より立体的で迫力のあるバックルとなる。 スタッズベルトの準備も進んでいる。 ベルトサイズはパンツの2インチアップが基本。 「Original Garment Brothers」の各パンツは、 28〜44インチ展開（34以上は２インチ刻み）。 よって、30〜46インチまでのベルトを作る。 サイズごとにデザインの間隔が変わるため、 全体の雰囲気を守りつつ、スタッズの増減が必要。
