'Tokyo Rose' did not refer to a specific individual, as it was believed that several women took on this role, but the most well-known figure associated with the name was Iva Toguri D'Aquino, an American citizen. Iva Toguri D'Aquino was a Japanese-American who was in Japan during the war. It is said that she participated in the propaganda program 'Zero Hour' and conducted broadcasts in English to American soldiers, though not entirely by her own will. Her broadcasts, however, were not overwhelmingly hostile in tone; rather, they included light entertainment and music. After the war, she was brought back to the United States as a 'traitor' and was put on trial. This very man would later revolutionize the television industry, breaking conventions, winning numerous prestigious titles including the Galaxy Award, and leaving a lasting impact on future media professionals. **Naoya Yoshida** (1931-2008). In the first episode of NHK’s historical drama "Taikoki," his groundbreaking technique of starting with a shot of a Shinkansen train stunned not only viewers but also the entire television industry. His versatility extended to writing, and his novel "Jonaria's Rumor" was even nominated for the Akutagawa Prize. He also directed major works such as *Legacy for the Future* and *NHK Special*—some of the largest-scale productions in Japanese television history, created for NHK's 50th anniversary.
