  • 創業者の高山　清は、1913（大正2）年に、仏壇の漆師（漆を塗る職人）として「高山清商店」として広島仏壇の製造を開始しました。 その理由は、母親が山口県熊毛のお寺の娘で子供たちに仏教に縁の有る仕事を薦めました。男3兄弟は母親の願いどおり漆師を目指し技を磨き、そして仏壇通りにそれぞれが店舗を構えました。 原爆で店舗は消失しましたが、戦後仏壇製造業に力を尽くし高山清商店を再建しました。（※写真は戦後再建の高山清商店です） 四代目高山尚也は漆塗の技術を学ぶため京都・鹿児島で修業を重ね、塗師として伝統の技にさらに磨きをかけてきました。漆師高山尚也は、職人のこだわりと、次世代につなぐものづくりを目指しています。 #漆器好き #漆 #漆器 #urushi #制作 #技 #てしごと #手仕事 #うるし #器 #暮らし #広島 #工芸品 #工芸 #伝統工芸 #作家 #japanesecraft #japaneseart #japan #職人 #craft #ものづくり #hiroshima

  • . 本日記者会見で発表されました。 【限定30セット】 G7広島サミット 広島市贈呈記念作品 https://shop.naoyatakayama.com/products/den_shiosai ___ 木を使用せず、布を漆糊で張り重ねたものを素地にしました。 平和の象徴である、「鳩」をイメージした酒器。「伝」と名づけました。 注ぎ口は、木を使った漆器では決して表現できない、滑らかな流線形を描きます。 漆器の常識を覆した漆器であり、「広島漆芸」と呼ばれる所以です。 黒と青のグラデーションで、平穏で豊かな、美しい瀬戸内海を表現し、「潮騒」としました。 This ‘Den’ Hiroshima lacquerware overturns the conventional wisdom of the art. It is made of cloth overlaid with lacquer glue, as wood cannot be shaped into a smooth, streamlined spout.
