仕事でミスをしたらどうしよう でも不安を感じたら自分が一生懸命頑張っている証拠。 そんな自分を褒めよう。 「あ、今自分は一生懸命生きてるんだ」って そうすれば気持ちも楽になるし その不安に対してもぶつかりやすくなると思う。 ヒッチハイクは客観的に見たら ただ車に乗せてもらって移動するだけかもしれない。 でも実際やってみると自分にはなかった 考え方に触れることができる。
