カロリー収支・PFCに「誤差ゼロ」を求めすぎて食事がストレスになるケース。 実際は多少の振れ幅が代謝を活性化させる。 ✅ 日々±50〜100kcalの自然なズレOK ✅ たまにの外食や和菓子も入れる ✅ 代謝柔軟性を維持 ➡ 結果：代謝停滞が抜けて、身体がよく動くようになった ③休養 「慢性的な交感神経優位をやめたら伸びた」 上級者は常に「次のセットどうしよう」と神経が昂りがち。
