脳の皺をツルツルに伸ばしてから布団に入りたいので、就寝前はショート動画を眺めてボーッとする。するとマルタイラーメンのアレンジレシピの動画がよく流れる。俺も何かやってみようとふと思った。鶏肉と生姜を炒める。焦げ目が付いたらフライパンに水を入れ、しばし煮て出汁をとる。その出汁に粉末スープを溶いて米を炊く。鶏肉は米と炊かずに取って置き、マルタイラーメンの調味油で榎茸と一緒に香ばしく炒めて、炊けたご飯に後乗せ。余った麺は素麺のように水で締めて、笊ラーメンに。普通に美味しいけど、そこそこな時間をかけて作るほどのものなのかについては、各自逡巡してください。98点。 大蒜と生姜で豚挽肉を炒め、そこに海老を投入。枝豆と調味料を入れてしばらく炒めた後、水を入れ煮立ててスープにする。そのスープで米を炊き、炊き上がった後で具を乗せる。一緒に炊き込まないのは卑怯ではないかという声が釜飯愛好家のなかであがるかもしれないが、後乗せのほうが美味しい場合もある。スープの粗熱を取らずに炊くと激しく後悔することになるので、要注意。スープに白飯という選択肢もあるが、グルメを拗らせたい人は是非。98点。
