コンテンツ種別写真動画複数枚｢#PR｣つき投稿 関連投稿国 指定なしフランス イタリア 関連都道府県 指定なし 並び替え投稿日順 ライク数順 コメント数順 エンゲージメント率順【フランス編・後編】チームワークが上手くいくように、全てのワークショップの前夜にアシスタントとお出かけします。運が良く、私の声はワークショップ前夜まで戻ってきました。それでも、ナントのワークショップは呪われているような気がしていました。アシスタントの一人の荷物はナントに着かなかったり、もう一人は親戚が亡くなり、もう一人はバスでリュックが盗まれたり、もう一人は転けて（軽い）怪我をしたり、悪いことばかり起きる一週間でした。それにも関わらず、ワークショップは大成功でした。27人の参加者を教えました。みんなはとても楽しそうにしていて、沢山を学ぶことができたと思います。また是非フランスでワークショップを開催しようと思っています🙌❤️ 参加してくれた方に感謝です🌸 . 【France🇫🇷Part 2】Right in time for the team building with the workshop assistants in Nantes my voice was back! I hadn’t spoken in almost 4 days and it was such a relieve. But despite that, we all had the feeling that this workshop was cursed. One of my assistants arrived in Nantes airport without her suitcase, another one of them had a death in her family, another almost missed her flight, another was robbed on the bus to France and another fell twice and injured herself (lightly). But in the end we managed to have an awesome workshop with 27 participants. They came from all over France which was amazing to see. We stayed one week in Nantes. Since I’m studying French I was really looking forward to speaking as much French as possible, but unfortunately due to my cold I had lost my voice completely. I was panicking because I was afraid to not get my voice back until the workshop, so I spent almost entire 4 days without speaking a word 🥲 This was super tough, but my assistants had lots of patience with me and were waiting until I was writing all my comments and jokes. The Kitsuke workshop in Milan was a full success!! It was amazing to meet so many kimono enthusiasts. Everyone went home with a smile on their face, what made me so, so happy. After the workshop we went for dinner with my students who came to the workshop. Since I usually only meet them online, it was so much fun to meet them in person, talk, eat and laugh together. Every time I try a new juban it takes me a little practice to really make it perfect. With new obi or kimono I never have any problems, but new juban are always a little bit difficult. Most print cotton fabrics are 108-110cm wide, so I usually use the fabric width as haneri length. . ② Best width for a haneri is 15cm. But most stores will only cut the fabric every 10cm. In that case, I usually buy 20cm and have plenty of width. Today I received the results of last year’s exam. I’m now officially a first grade kimono stylist licensed by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. This is the only national exam we have for kimono dressing, so I am very proud to have passed this milestone. I feel so honored to have this certification now and I also feel that my skills were approved, because tbh this isn’t an easy exam and it was my second try. Thanks to all who were sending me messages on exam day and were putting their fingers crossed for me. I’ve been told so often that I’ve to act more lady-like when I wear kimono. And I’m sick of it! I wear kimono everyday and I don’t believe that in 2000 years of kimono history every woman was a pure lady when wearing kimono. Kimono was everyday wear that was worn for field work just as much as in the palace. A few years ago I asked my hubby what he thought about me learning how to weave. His answer was that we didn’t have space in our house to put up a loom. I was so angry that a bought a marudai (丸台, round braiding table) and started to braid obijime 😂 I really love braiding, since it makes me so calm. And the weights with the thread are so cute, I’d love to have earrings like that 💕 This time was my first try on this flat braid. It’s called “naiki (内記)” and I like especially the polka dot like pattern.
