* 東京・柴又にあるタトゥースタジオ Shiryudoh。世界各国のアンティークと木々に囲まれた、静かで美しい、唯一無二の空間です。そして私たちは、“かたちのあるアート”を通して、常に他にはないデザインと表現を追い求めています。 -東京で生まれ育ったRonは、大学で考古学を学ぶなかで「かつてそこにあったもの」や「人々の営み」に心を惹かれていきました。時を超えて残るものに触れることで、目に見えない「美」や「物語」を感じる感性が養われていったのだと思います。卒業後は、より広い世界を自分の目で見て、肌で感じたいという思いから、バックパックにすべて詰め込んで旅に出ました。異国の風、土地の色、出会った人々の笑顔や言葉、それぞれの文化に宿る美しさ――そんな体験のひとつひとつが、今の表現につながっています。旅の途中、バリ島のウブドでタトゥーと出会い、「肌に刻まれるアート」という世界に魅了されました。その後、タイ・バンコクでも学びを深め、静かに自分のスタイルを育てていきました。そして再び東京へ。今はこの柴又で、かつての旅の中で感じた空気や光を、ひとつひとつの作品に込めています。現在のスタジオは、池袋、自由が丘、柿の木坂と経て、東京・葛飾区の柴又にあります。柴又は東京の中でも珍しく、古い街並みがそのまま残されているエリアで、「文化的景観」として公式に認定された唯一の場所です。江戸川からは広大な景色と、晴れた日は富士山まで見えます。どこか懐かしく、静けさに包まれたこの街は、Ronにとって旅先のウブドを思い出させる、特別な空間です。スタジオにお越しの際には柴又観光も是非。スタジオは完全予約制となっておりますので、お問い合わせはホームページよりよろしくお願い致します。 Ron was born and raised in Tokyo. While studying archaeology at university, he became fascinated by the stories behind ancient places and the lives of people from the past. This helped him develop a deep sense for beauty that goes beyond what we can see. After graduating, he wanted to experience the world firsthand. With just a backpack, he set off to travel. Along the way, he was inspired by different cultures—the colors, the people, the atmosphere—all of which shaped his artistic expression. In Ubud, Bali, he discovered tattooing and was drawn to the idea of art that lives on the skin. He later continued his studies in Bangkok, slowly building his own style. Eventually, he returned to Tokyo, carrying with him the light and feeling of his travels, now reflected in each of his works. Today, his studio is in Shibamata, Katsushika. It’s a rare area in Tokyo where the traditional townscape still remains and is officially recognized as a Cultural Landscape. The calm, nostalgic mood of the neighborhood reminded Ron of Ubud, making it the perfect place to create.
