新生児から乳幼児に🥲 毎日大変だったけどあっという間に１ヶ月が過ぎたのかと驚き〜 愛海の変化としては生後2週間までは抱っこしてもオムツ変えても起きず寝てる日々でしたが、３週目らへんから授乳してもオムツ変えても泣き止まなく大変でした😭いわゆる『魔の３週目』ってやつです。 最近は起きてる時間が長く寝かせつけるのが凄く大変で、普通に５時間寝ずに泣いたりバタバタしたりしてます笑 夕方になると『黄昏泣き』が始まり夜ご飯は交互に抱っこしながら食べたり😂 長時間の抱っこに腰と手首が痛い笑 あるあるらしいですが、座って抱っこすると泣くし暴れるんですが立って抱っこすると泣き止み寝ようとするの不思議😅 私達の笑い声や物音でビクっと反応し始めました！ その反応で起きて泣く事もあるので出来るだけ大きな物音は立てないようにしてます笑 先日1ヶ月検診にも行き ・ ・ 術後1時間しないうちに子宮収縮の痛みがきて 夫は帰り私は薬を入れてもらい寝ることに。 そこから起きてお腹の確認で助産師さんにお腹を押されるんですがそれが激痛ww 「大きく深呼吸してね！！」って言われて一生懸命深呼吸してたけど痛すぎて、声漏れてたしベッドの柵をガッチリ握って耐えてた🥲 確認後も痛みで寝れずまた薬を入れてもらいなんとか寝る事はできても３、4時間後には痛みで起きてしまい先生呼んでお腹見て押され薬を投与し寝て、、、の繰り返しで朝の10時までなんとか耐えました🤣 痛すぎて何度、夫や親に「痛すぎてしぬ」「耐えられない」って送ったか🥲 最後に座薬で入れてもらった痛み止めはめちゃくちゃ効いた👏感動した笑 ・ ・ 術後1日目から歩行開始！お腹の痛みは無いものの常に腸がギュルギュルなってて気持ち悪い感じになってた、、 歩くにも腰を起こす事が難しく怖くて歩き方がおばぁちゃんみたいになってて、トイレも切開した傷口が痛く、怖がりながらしてた😭 ご飯もお昼から開始しましたがお粥系🥣でもすっごく美味しく感じたし、食べ終わるのに1時間くらいかかった笑 食べるたびにお腹がギュルギュル鳴るから（下痢してる時みたいな感覚）お腹押さえながら食べてた笑 ・ ・ お部屋で愛海を少し合わせてくれて、その可愛さに感動🥺 お母さんが面会に来てくれたので愛海を合わせる事ができました☺️ タイミング悪く点滴がずれてしまったみたいでお母さんの前で反対の腕でやり直し💉 術後の痛みのが痛く耐えられた笑 ・ ・ 術後2日目のお昼から通常食に😭もう感動！ 美味しすぎてやばかった笑 夫が面会にきてくれて私も夫も初めて愛海を抱っこしました！小さいし首も座ってないのでグラグラで怖かったけど可愛かったです。 点滴も外れやっとシャワーが浴びれました！ 傷口が怖くスムーズに入れなかったけど凄くさっぱりして気持ちよかった😭 初めての授乳、おむつ替えの指導が入りやってみるも難しい、、、 ・ ・ 術後3日目は夫と妹、お父さんが面会に☺️ 沢山の人に可愛い可愛い言われて愛海も幸せそうでした〜 この日から足が🐘のようにパンパンに浮腫み、重いししゃがむと足が破裂するんじゃないかってくらい腫れててびっくり笑 くるぶしも膝もなくなり初めてあんな足をみました笑笑 今日から母子同室をし始め、夜間も3時間毎に起きて授乳してオムツ変えて〜の繰り返し、よく寝てくれてたので泣いて起こされる事はなく！ ・ ・ 術後4日目は弟とお母さんが面会に笑 弟からしたら妹ができた感覚みたいで動揺してた🤣 足の浮腫みはそのまま、授乳指導も頻繁にやってもらい常に練習練習、、、 まだ歩くのも完全には元に戻らず意識しないと凄い猫背に、、そのせいで肩周りが痛く張るカイロでなんとか痛みを和らげてた笑 ・ ・ 術後5日目は夫とお母さん妹が面会に笑 毎日面会で幸せだった☺️👏 次の日が退院なのでご飯がお祝い御膳だったりで豪華でした〜（ほぼコース料理） ・ ・ 術後6日目、ついに退院😭 夫とお父さんが迎えにきてくれて10時前には退院しました！ 愛海にはさとこが出産祝いでくれたセレモニードレスを着させ初めてお外に😭！！！！ 色んな先生から退院おめでとう！って言ってもらえて幸せでした☺️ ・ ・ 帝王切開について知りたい人もいましたので少しでも参考になればいいなぁと思っています！ お産はは人それぞれ、一回一回違うと言われているのであくまでも参考程度に見てもらえたらと！ ・ ・ ・ 手術前日14:30〜入院 夫とは荷物を運んでもらいここでバイバイ👋 nstで心拍と子宮の収縮を確認し夕食17:30に食べ21時からは食べ物禁止になり、24時までに水分をとり緊張で寝れそうにないので軽い睡眠薬みたいな薬と便を出す為の下剤を摂取し爆睡💤 ・ ・ 手術当日 朝から点滴開始〜手術開始までに2個液体を入れました！やっぱり点滴は苦手、痛い😢 下剤を飲んだのに便がでてなかった為、座薬を入れて20分後スッキリ✨座薬の凄さに感動😂 10:30ごろ夫が病院に来て、11:30まで喋ったりだらだらしました〜 この時はまだあまり緊張してなく頭の中は麻酔の事でいっぱいでした笑 ・ ・ 11:30手術着に着替え点滴したまま手術室へ 帝王切開の為立ち会いは出来ないので夫とはここでお別れし待ち合い室で待ってもらう事に。 担当してくださる先生2人と助産師さんが総勢6〜７人ほどいて皆さんが喋りかけてくれて少し緊張が解れた状態で麻酔の注射を2本💉 横になり丸く屈んで助産師さんの手を握って頭の中ではもう"点滴より細い針って事だから点滴の方が痛い"って何度も言い聞かせました🤣 背中に注射ってのが初めてだったのでチクっとした事に少しビックリしてしまい動いてしまいましたが問題なくそのまま2本💉 麻酔をクリアした私はもう怖いものないわ〜と一安心しました🤣 徐々に足が痺れ麻痺ってきて触られてる感覚もなんか変な感じになり動かす事は不可能。力が入らない感じ？体の一部なんだけど神経通ってない感じ？ そこから先生や助産師さんと世間話とかしてる間に「もうお腹切ってるよ！」って言われて、「え？もう切ってたんですか？」と驚き👏 まだこの時は体が引っ張られてる感覚はあったけど気持ち悪さとかはなく...引っ張られてる時アトラクションかのように動いたから笑っちゃった笑笑 手術始まって10分？15分くらい？で産声が聞こえて号泣😭私の横に来てまた号泣😭 愛海に触った時少し冷たくてびっくり。 羊水の中にいたからね、そりゃそうなんだけど 色もどちらかというと白っぽい？グレーぽい？し、とにかく見た瞬間可愛さと、人間だっていう感覚と、手があり足がある事に神秘的過ぎると感動🥺🥺 その後、愛海は着替えたり綺麗にしてもらい夫の元へ、、、その間私はお腹の複合へ 今日は初めての抱っこもできて 母乳もあげれて、半日一緒に同室できて時間があっという間でした🫰🏻 午後に夫が来てくれたので夫も初めての抱っこ、、、予習はしてきたらしい。 大ちゃんが抱っこしてるの見て、 妊娠が発覚してからの約10ヶ月の妊婦生活、共に頑張って良かったなと。この子に会えて本当に良かったなと思えました🕊️ 初めての悪阻で毎日が苦しくて もうやだ。って便座に向かって言った事もあったし ------------------ 2023/07/27 38w1d am 11:59 2385g 45.7cm ------------------ ・ ・ ご報告が1日遅れてしまいましたが第一子となる元気な女の子を出産致しました! 帝王切開での出産でした！ 不安と緊張でしたがなんとか無事に出産を終える事ができて一安心しました。 1個目の動画はお腹縫われてる間に旦那さんが撮ってくれたやつ💕 術後から子宮収縮が辛く寝たっきりの状態で点滴麻酔で何とか4時間ずつ寝ては麻酔が切れて起きて先生呼んで追加で点滴麻酔してもらって、、、、の繰り返しでなんとか今日の午前10時まで寝る事ができました😭。 出産は命懸けといいますが 本当にそうだなと感じました。 術後1日目が終わりそうですが体はかなりボロボロ、、🥹 でも可愛い我が子を見ると頑張れる！ 10ヶ月の間私のお腹の中で頑張ってくれてありがとう。
