Iced coffee and asparagus on toast.2025/10/02に公開- 指定なし0.0%-4昔ながらの喫茶店で頼むのはいつも、コーヒーとバタートースト。 カウンター席が空いてたら、自然と端っこの方へ。 たぶん左利きだからか、肘がぶつからない隅っこがしっくりきます。 目の前でポットの湯気が上がったり、マスターが静かに動いているのを、ただぼーっと眺めてる。この時間が、なんだかすごく落ち着きます。 そんな喫茶店で過ごす時間を自宅に再現、というとちょっと大袈裟ですが… そんな思いで小さなカウンターを作りました。 Coffee and buttered toast. That’s always my order at an old café. If the counter is open, I slip into the corner seat. Maybe it’s the left-handed thing—no elbows bumping. Steam rising from the pot. The owner moving quietly. I just sit and watch. It feels so peaceful. So I built a little counter at home.
