  • 每天熱身都會用到的拉力帶到底是怎麼製造的呢？今天趁著到怡保參加當地的羽球幼苗講習，很開心有機會前往Sanctband 工廠，認識與我息息相關的拉力帶和Flossband 的製作過程。 原來拿到手上之前，要經歷繁瑣的生產程序，還有大批人工作業、精密的分工，才能有產品的誕生，讓我大開眼界也對工廠內的作業人員心存敬意！ 值得一提的是，Sanctband 公司花費高額的費用，興建污水處理設備，讓排放廢水接近PH值7...等對環境友善，這是有良心的企業！深感佩服! How do they manufacture the loop bands we use when warming up every day? As we participated in the badminton speech for local children in Ipoh, we were glad to have the chance to visit Sanctband’s factory and know more about the loop bands and the production of Flossband. Not until I got there did I know that there were complicated production process and accurate specialization. It broadened my horizons, and I really respect for the employees. There is one thing worth saying. Sanctband spent a large amount of money in setting up the facilities of Sewage treatment, making the ph number of the sewage close to 7. They do many environment-friendly things. What a kind-hearted enterprise. I admire them a lot.

  • 今天參加蘇迪曼盃團體賽，雖然後來沒能打敗韓國，但我非常享受團隊上下一心的氛圍，尤其是和團隊一起吶喊，團隊高昂的士氣讓我好感動；看到有媒體標題寫「跆拳道隊戰況低迷」我感到很詫異🤷🏻‍♂️身為選手的我們，誰會願意戰敗？誰願意輸球？因為選手長年付上身體、心理高負荷的艱苦訓練代價，流了很多汗、流了很多淚，即時在賽事中敗北，都不能以結果論斷定士氣低落，或沒深入了解就定義是戰況低迷！更不應該抹煞教練和選手的努力，打擊自己人士氣！ 我要對中華跆拳道隊和每一位中華代表隊選手們說：只要站上場，我們都是打死不退、勇敢的戰士，中華隊戰士魂不滅！
