@kanta18_unicorn @unicorn.tokyo ①ボックスジャンプ 10発連続でやることによって瞬発性の高い動きの再現性を高める狙い。 毎回同じところに着地して同じように跳び続けられるように。 それができれば地面の捉え方や力の加える方向、重心のコントロールが上手くできている証拠。 ただ瞬発力を高めるだけじゃない効果のあるトレーニング。 ②高速サイドジャンプ メディシンボールで負荷をかけながら速いスピードで連続サイドジャンプ。 着地後の切り返しをすぐ行うことでより速度が高い力発揮のトレーニングになる。 垂直や前方だけでなく横方向のジャンプも野球には超重要。 3セット終わると無事にケツが燃えます。 ③腸腰筋アイソメトリック 膝を上げた状態で押して下げてくるパートナーの抵抗に耐えて上げ続ける。 約3週間ぶりのピッチングでした。 ラプソードで1球1球数字を確認しながら投球。 最初は回転効率がばらついていたので若干指の間隔を空けて握って修正。 そこから90％ぐらいで安定し始めました。 室内で十分なアップができないので、出力上げすぎてケガしないように球速もモニタリング。 セーブしてMAX134に留めました。 約半分のシーズンを終え、ユニコーンでは各メンバーと面談を行い、本質的な課題の特定と目指すべきゴールを設定し、8月から後半戦のスタートを切りました。 「改善」ではなく「改革」 これを合言葉にチーム全員で認識を合わせて各メンバーが個々で打撃改革、投球改革を行っていきます。 継続して計測してきたフィジカル数値も、野球パフォーマンス数値もやり方をアップデートしながらより本質的なやり方に変えていってます。 例えば置きティーの打球速度計測を今回の計測会からやめました。 なぜなら置きティーでの打球速度は実戦でのパフォーマンスに対してネガティブにリンクするケースがあるからです。 今回からは前から投げたボールでの打球速度計測に変えています。 そうすることによってタイミングを合わせる概念とボールコンタクトの概念の中でのスイングパワーが測れることになり、実戦でのパフォーマンスに直結します。 そして、フォースプレートでの計測も行い、メカニクスの分析にもしっかりとデータを取り入れて最短距離での改革を行える取り組みを始めています。 8月は公式戦がないので絶好の改革期間。 まるで違うパフォーマンスで9月からまた始まる公式戦期間を迎えようと思います。 @unicorn.tokyo @theanchorbase @rapsodojapan . #ユニコーンのラプソード活用法 .
