It's Misuzu I have updated my YouTube channel. This time, it's a recipe for Samgyetang made with the Hot Cook. An English dubbed version will be posted at a later date. Samgyetang is a Korean nourishing soup dish made by simmering whole chicken and Korean ginseng in water. It is recommended not only on cold days but also on hot days as it helps to cool down the body by inducing sweating. It's a highly recommended dish. ホットクックを使わない作り方も説明してます [材料 4〜6人分] 丸鶏 1羽(1.8kg) なつめ 6粒(28g) 松の実 20g ニンニク 3かけ(20g) 生姜 20g クコの実 8g 餅米 75g 白葱(白い部分) 1/3本(25g) 玉ねぎ 1/4個(50g) 昆布(あれば) 1切れ 水 800〜900cc 【作り方】 1. 丸鶏はぼんじりを切り落とし、手羽先の第一関節までを切り落とします。首とお尻の鶏皮付近の余分な脂の塊を取り除きます。尾側の鶏皮を摘んで竹串で閉じます。お腹の中の血合いなどを取り除き、一旦洗って水気を拭きます。 2. もち米の半量を詰め、ニンニク・生姜・クコの実・なつめの半量を詰め、残りのもち米を入れます。首の皮を竹串を使って閉じます。 3. ホットクックの内鍋に丸鶏を入れ、残りのニンニク、生姜、ネギ、玉ねぎのみじん切り、昆布、クコの実、松のみ、なつめを入れ、水を内鍋の上から4センチのところまで注ぎいれます。参鶏湯コースでスタート。2時間後に終了するので蓋を開け、丸鶏にナイフを入れ切り開いて肉の中まで火が通りやすくします。再び蓋をし「加熱時間追加」で30分加熱して出来上がり。 4. 器に盛って、塩を振り、お好みで一味唐辛子がキムチ、ネギなどを添えていただきます。 ▶︎ブログはこちら📝 ↓↓↓ https://www.misublog.com/entry/samgetan_hc ୨୧┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈୨୧ 𖧷My YouTube videos are English subtitles. Give it a try! ブログにはホットクックを使わない作り方も記載してます [材料 3〜4人分] 豚バラかたまり肉 900g 塩(豚肉用) 大1/2 生姜 4~5切れ ねぎ 1本 乾燥大豆 1/2カップ (蒸して190g) 玉ねぎ 1個(200g) トマト 4個(400g) ニンニク 10g ローリエ 1枚 塩 5g 1. 豚バラかたまりに塩を揉み込み、厚手のキッチンペーパーに包んでラップで包み冷蔵庫に2〜3日置きます。大豆は洗って一晩浸水させ、ホットクックで蒸し豆にします。 2. 豚肉を5センチ幅に切り水1500 CCと生姜、ネギとともにホットクックに入れます。手動で作る → スープを作る(まぜない) → 約30分 → 調理を開始する → スタート。取り出して洗い、半分に切ります。玉ねぎ、ニンニクはみじん切り。トマトは角切りにします。 3. ホットクックの家鍋に玉ねぎ、ニンニク、豚バラ、トマト、ローリエ、塩を入れます。まぜ技は使いません。手動で作る → 無水で茹でる → 40分 → スタート。蓋を開け、大豆を加えて追加で30分加熱します。 ▶︎ブログはこちら📝 ↓↓↓ https://www.misublog.com/entry/butadaizu_hc ୨୧┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈୨୧ 𖧷My YouTube videos are English subtitles.
