読んで頂ければ嬉しいです！🙇♂️ 「ミツがいると安心して試合が運べるよね」 「縁の下の力持ちだよね」 そう言われると嬉しいし ありがとうございます！って思っていたけど 心にモヤッとした感じがあった。 実は水球を辞めると決断した時に、 一切の後悔がなかった。 これには自分もびっくりしている😂 理由は１つ 【オリンピックで世界から認められた】から 僕は小学2年生から水球を始めて 中学生から右サイドをプレーしていた。 （右サイドは主にアシストをしたり、相手のエースと対峙したりDFが重要なポジション） その時から思っていたのが 自分も輝きたい！ 試合を決めるようなエースになりたい！ って思ってた。 けど僕はなれなかった。 なろうと努力はした！ ロシアでのユニバーシアードでは、 自分が打てると思ったシュートを とにかく打った。 結果は、1試合で10本打って1ゴール これはダメだなと😱 アシストが僕の仕事だなと。 そこからの水球人生は どうやったら左サイドの選手が 点数を簡単に決められるか？とか チームが勝てるか？を考えて プレーしていた。 自分のプレーはわかる人に わかってもらえればいい。 そう思ってプレーするしかなかった🤽♂️ しかし 水球はアシストという記録が 今までは残らなかったのに 残るようになった！ その結果、東京オリンピック予選リーグの ベスト7に選ばれた✨ 僕は予選リーグを敗退して 家に帰ってこの結果を知った時に 泣いた。嬉しかった。 ✨やっと認められた✨って思った。 水球を通じて自分で自分を 認めることができるようになった！ 人それぞれ自分を認めるボーダーが あると思う。 そのボーダーをクリアできたら 次に進めばいいんじゃない？ 僕はクリアするのに23年かかったよ笑 #引退 #第二の人生 #セカンドキャリア その人に負けるって明確にわかるから。 だから負けたくないって思って 色々と努力した。 体の向き、手のかき方、相手が何を考えているかまで、考えて自分の中でどの選択肢が来ても良いように準備をする。 という事を繰り返し練習で実践した。 その結果、水球クリニックで 「1on1のDFを教えてください」 と言ってもらえるようになった。 とても嬉しかった！ 嫌いから逃げるのは簡単。 もっと水球界を発展させるために ジュニア世代で海外経験ができたらいいけど 海外にチームを連れて行くのはとてもハードルが高い。お金の面や受け入れるクラブの面など だったら、海外チームが参加したい！ そういう大会を作ろうと思い動き出しました。 大会運営資金も何もかも0からのスタート 大会のコンセプトを理解してもらおう話をしても 「なんでそんな大会を開催する必要があるの？」 「その規模なら、練習試合を組んだ方がいいよ」と否定的な意見をもらいました。 やっぱり0-1を作り出す時には絶対否定されるんだなぁと感じました。 でもここで諦めたら誰もこの大会を開催できる人はいない やるしかない！ 自分でプールを押さえて、 参加して欲しいチームに招待状を送り スポンサーをしてくれる企業や人を探して 実際に会って熱意を伝えた結果 数多くの協賛を得られて、大会を作ることができました。
