The name Buzz’s Kitchen comes from my schnauzer, Buzz,
who was always by my side in the kitchen.
He passed away at the age of ten,
but when I’m cooking, I still feel as if I can hear his little footsteps.

I make these videos hoping to bring a bit of joy
to the everyday moments of home cooking.

Once a month, I also share my bread-making journey —
both the successes and the not-so-perfect attempts —
with naturally fermented sourdough.

My life is far from perfectly “mindful” or “curated,”
but it’s real and full of small joys.
I hope you enjoy sharing a bit of it with me.
