【映像と意識をつなげるコツ】
映像の場所と意識を繋がりやすくする為に同じ場所での撮影を一本の動画にして、映像を加工しないようにしています。
自然環境と意識をつなげる為には、出来る限り自然の法則を知る必要があるのですが、その為には、まず私たち人間社会のルールを意識・思考から外すとよいと思います。
