・・・ 先日投稿した「タコとナスのハーブカルパッチョ」が美味しかったのでアレンジして冷製パスタを作ってみた。 アレンジするにあたり少し和風に寄せたくて大葉をプラスしている。 というのも今回、日本酒「鷹ノ目」を頂いたので日本酒に合うようにとのちょっとした工夫だ。 この日本酒2019年に発売されたのだが販売開始5分で売り切れ、翌販売分も7分で売り切れるという人気ぶり。 日本酒好きな方が頂いたら泣いて喜ぶものなのだろうと思う。 しかし私は普段全く日本酒を飲まない。 TV番組「吉田類の酒場放浪記」のファンであり、漫画「酒のほそ道」が愛読書であるのにも関わらず日本酒には苦手意識を持っているのだ。 私の日本酒のイメージが形成されたのは20代前半。 安い居酒屋で銘柄も書いていないような日本酒を頼み、アルコールの香りがキツくて顔をしかめながらなんとか飲んだ。 そして翌日はひどい二日酔いに… とまぁこんな感じ。 なので今回このお話を受けるかどうか相当悩んだ。 本当に良いと思ったものしかみんなにオススメしたくないし嘘も書きたくないから。 連絡をくれた担当の方に「もし気に入っていただけたら紹介してください」と言ってもらえたので美味しいと思えなかったら誠に申し訳ないが紹介しないつもりでいた。 届いてからまずは飲みやすいようにしっかり冷やして恐るおそる匂いを嗅いだ… 「ワインのような果実感のある香りで全くアルコール臭くない」 一口飲んでみる… 「パイナップルのような爽やかな果実感が先にきて、後から少しの上品な苦味、これならイケるかも…いや、イケる！」 私の持っていた日本酒のネガティブなイメージが覆った。 今回合わせた冷製パスタとの相性も良かったけどお肉にもバッチリ合いそう。 あとお寿司なんかに合わせたらもう最高なんじゃないかな。 近々お寿司買って試してみるね。 日本酒大好きな方にはもちろん、私のように苦手意識のある方にもぜひ一度試してもらいたいな。 _______________________________ 【#レシピ】1人分 パスタ…100g タコ…50g ナス…1/2本 大葉…適量 オリーブオイル…大さじ3 にんにく（みじん切り）…1かけ セルフィーユ…適量 ローズマリー…適量 ライム（搾り汁）…1/8個 塩胡椒…適量 1.ナスは薄い輪切りにして3分ほど水にさらす。 タコは薄くそぎ切りにする。 大葉は千切りに。 2.フライパンにオリーブオイルをしき、にんにくを入れて弱火で加熱する。 3.香りが立ったら細かく刻んだローズマリー、セルフィーユを加えてライムを1かけ分搾り、ボウルに入れる。 時間がたって温度が上がると 香りは 甘さのあるフルーツの香りから日本酒らしい香りに変化 味わいは さらに芳醇に… お米の甘さはしっかり感じつつ 後味はすっと甘さが消えていき すっきりとした旨味だけが残ります 食事に合うお酒 お取り寄せしたフレッシュトリュフで クリームリゾットを作りました 今の時期のサマートリュフは 冬のトリュフのような豊かな香りはないけど お酒の香りを楽しみたい時には
