Had my last back session before the show — now it’s all about recovering and peaking just right. Kept things lighter and focused on not overdoing it with the weights or volume. I tend to push too hard sometimes, so just trying to stay smart and chill going into show day!2025/08/04に公開- 指定なし0.95%8782Peak Week初日は大会前最後の脚トレ！いつもより少しだけセットと重さを減らしてやります。強い炎症が起きないようにするのをこの週の大切ポイントにしてます。1レップ1レップ筋肉を動きをいつも以上に意識しながら血液を筋肉に送り込みパンプさせます。動作がゆっくりな分、筋肉の運動時間（Time Under Tension ）は長くなりました。ただ、かなり枯渇してるのでけっこうしんどいです😂 Peak Week Day 1 – Final leg day before the show! I slightly reduced the sets and weights today to avoid any excessive inflammation — a key focus during this week. Every rep was all about control and connection, sending as much blood into the muscle as possible for a good pump. Since I’m moving slower and focusing more, the time under tension was longer than usual.
