昨年から取り入れている健康解析データからの運動プログラムとして伝える中で感じることが、食事制限や一日一食や食べすぎ 飲み過ぎなどの方の共通している事は、身体が硬いって 感じます。 その中でも肝臓に問題があるケースでは特に注意して ストレッチを含めた普段日常ではやらない動きを取り入れて います。 なぜなら肝臓は常に上記のパターンだと満身創痍で働いていて 機能低下しているからになります。 普段でさえ使いすぎるのに更に仕事量を増やしていくと キャパオーバーになると言うことです。 では食べない？って選択肢を取ると今度はエネルギーに なるものが入ってこないため糖新生といって筋肉などから エネルギーを生み出していくのです。 その役割も肝臓になるのです😭 そうなると肝臓含めた臓器は硬くなることから呼吸含めた 身体の柔軟性がなくなると言う結果になるとお伝えしています。 本日2月3日でNatural Gymをスタートさせて 10年目を迎える事が出来ました。 本当にスタートしてからクライアントさんに 沢山育てて頂いてるなーってこの日を迎える度に 思います。 10年前に 自分がジムで勤めていた時に出会った クライアントさんから言って頂いた一言(君はココにいるべき ではないよ 君はもっとできる 僕が最初の客になってあげるから企業してみなさい」と。 背中を押してくれた恩人の経営者の一言から 会社をすぐ辞めてスタートしました。 後に言われた まずは100人達成したら自信になるよ 次に1000人達成したらオリジナルを作りなさい 10000人達成したら次のステップに進みなさいと。。 そう言われて昨年9年目に10000人のセッションを超えてから今まで貯めたお金を全て注いで 始めたのが健康解析(メタトロン)という機械を 新年明けてから沢山の皆さんに体験含めていらして頂いて ますが、最近多いのが猫背改善へのアプローチ方法になります。 この猫背によることで起こる身体への影響はなんでしょうか？ 自分が一番よく伝えるのは 「呼吸が浅くなりますよ」と。 呼吸が浅くなる🟰エネルギー量が少なくなる エネルギー量が少なくなる🟰動く力や修復する力などが なくなる そうなると風邪🤧などを治す力や食べる力なんかも 失うって事になります。 最終的に元気に見えない😭ってなります。 もちろん猫背による影響はありますが、 それくらい大切だと言うことです。 一枚目の写真のように体重も1キロ位しか変わっていないので 改善するだけで見た目が全然変わってきます。 2枚目は、学生さんですがバンザイをさせると肩も一緒に 上がって首が前に出て辛そうにあげてますが、 ストレッチの方法をお伝えしただけで軽くフワッと上がる のです。 うちのクライアントさんのほとんどが硬い背中🥶 家や休憩中にできる事をお伝えしてますが 自分がよくやるケアの一つをご紹介致します なぜ？背中？って思う方がいるかもですが ココが硬いと肩凝りを始め腰痛や猫背 姿勢 呼吸 ダイエットの消化の面においても全て影響が 出てきます。 ランニングなんかをする方にも大きく影響がでます。 (詳しくは長くなるので割愛しますが) ダイエットの今日は観点からお伝えすると 脂肪細胞においてエネルギー生産が高く 特に体温を上げて、カロリーを消費してくれる脂肪が 存在します。 その脂肪のことを褐色脂肪細胞と言います。 その褐色脂肪細胞が多く存在するのが背中の肩甲骨や脇下などの 部分になるので、ココをいかに活性化することが 痩せやすい体質にする一つのツールだとお伝えしています。 このことから丸まっていく背中を伸ばしたりするだけでも 身体はエネルギーを消費しようとするのです。 これには食事のミトコンドリアも関わってきますが😊 それは良いとしてまずは背中を伸ばす事から 初めてみるのも第一歩だと思います。 自分はコロコロなどを使用してますが、 机や椅子などに両手をおいて頭を両手の中にいれて 伸ばすだけokです。 以外にできない人多いです。 肩が痛いとか？硬いとかで。。😭 毎日伸ばせる範囲で1日5回を目処に
