学び始めたときは妊娠中で 最終試験は出産予定日の1週間前という 今思えば無謀とも思える行動でしたが💦 皆さまのお陰で試験も出産も 無事に終えることができました‼️ 私の挑戦を受け止めて 支えてくださり 今でも感謝しております。 今回は初心にかえり Junkoさんのリードで イシュタヨガの良さを 再確認できた時間となりました。 「ヨガ好きだな」「心地良いな」 「心が洗われる感じがする」 「この流れ好き」 Junkoさんの言葉が身体に 自然と入ってくる 心地良さを感じることができました。 イシュタヨガは ひとりひとりを尊重し その人に合ったヨガをお伝えしていく。 素晴らしいヨガの1つです。 ありのままの自分と向き合う 素晴らし時間となりました。 ありがとうございました✨ Be Yoga Japanスタジオは 閉講してしまいましたが 私も引き続き 皆さんの想いや イシュタヨガの良さを 他にもオススメあるよー！ って方は教えてください☺️ ご飯とかお風呂は毎日のことですが どこかに行ったりするのは 特別感があっていいですよね！ 私は「頭(脳)の疲れ」と 「カラダの疲れ」は分けて考えています。 ただリフレッシュしたいからといって カラダを頑張って動かすと カラダが疲れている時は逆効果になってしまうので その時々で今の自分に必要なもの エレルギーチャージできるものを 考えています。
