旨みが濃い花巴の酒粕で作ったら絶対美味しい！と気にはなっていましたがついに作ってみました😊 色々なレシピがありますがとにかく酒粕としょうゆを同量入れて混ぜるだけと作り方は超シンプル。 最初は多いかな?と思いつつ300gの酒粕に醤油300gで作ってみましたが、あっという間に使い切りさらに酒粕醤油を400g作成。 どんな食材にも合い醤油辛くなることもなく、また酒粕が強くなりすぎることもなく、両方の旨みだけが残りお肉も柔らかく美味しくなります✨ お酒感はあまり残らないので酒粕が苦手な方にも美味しく味わって頂けます。 酒粕卵がずっとご好評いただき今回もゆで卵も漬け込んでみました。(ゆで卵は水分を拭き取ってから漬けてくださいね) 酒粕卵は噛めば噛むほど酒粕の風味が溢れ美味しかったですが、こちらの味玉は酒粕感は強く出ず、また違った“お酒のアテにも良い味付け卵“ができました。 次は何を作ってみようか想像が膨らむ 万能調味料、酒粕醤油。 調味料として加えても食材を漬け込んでも簡単でとても美味しいのでぜひお試しください✨ 美吉野醸造のオンラインストアでは様々な酒粕が販売されています！
