It started snowing yesterday, and was probably the heaviest one of the season, so we contacted our customers to make sure we're okay if they'd like to cancell the reservation because of the snow. Yet, they insisted to come for the dinner since it was a special day for them to celebrate their anniversary over 40 years! 👏👏 We prepared a dessert plate for them, which we had less items on it than usual, but they were happy with the plate. Thanks to our first customers of 2025, it was great start for us. As for January reservations, we have less tables available for lunch, yet, many tables are available for dinner time! ＊ Notice for the period of Feb.20-Mar.10＊ During this period, it's going to be working solo by the chef. Therefore, we'd ask your patience sometimes when he cooks & serves. For dinner time, there will be only one course meals (6,800 yen) during this period.
