Portuguese rice has many ingredients and cooking methods familiar to Japanese people. (It is said that the Portuguese drifted to Tanegashima Island in Japan in 1543 and introduced their food culture Japan and Portugal have a long relationship.) At the end of the event, I danced with my classmates from art college in the DJ booth 💃🕺 Dancing makes my heart happy💛2023/04/14に公開THE CORE KITCHEN/SPACE 日本 東京都0.55%2595STRAWBERRY TOAST🍓🌼 4月になりました！🌸苺と菜の花で、春らしく華やかなトーストです🍞 トーストの書籍出版のために果物屋さんの撮影ロケをしていまして、そこで見つけた小ぶりな苺がたくましくて見惚れて、お家に向かい入れました。🙏 普段からまな板の上で食材を切りながら「どんなトーストにしようかな〜」と観察するのですが、今回の苺はなかなか悩ましく・・・というのも、表皮の光沢や種の稜線、断面の筋や瑞々しい粒子、種で作られる凹凸のアウトライン、ハリのある膨らみから先端に向けて絞られていくシルエット、どれもこれも魅力的なので、どこを主役にするか選べず。結果、今回は全部取りで詰め込んじゃいました。 焼いた後にはメープルシロップをかけています。最後の写真で細く表面を滑っている液体がそれです。 焼いたときの高密度な苺の香りにうっとり。熱が加わって、甘みと酸味がパンパンに詰まってました🤤🍓 みなさんにとって恵みの春となりますように！ April! 🌸 Strawberries and rape blossoms make for a gorgeous springtime toast🍞. I was on location shooting at a fruit store for a book publication on toast, and I fell in love with a small strawberry I found there that was so robust that I brought it home 🙏 I usually observe the ingredients as I cut them on the cutting board and wonder what kind of toast I should make, but this strawberry was quite troubling... because the luster of the epidermis, the ridges of the seeds, the streaks and fresh particles on the cross section, the uneven outline created by the seeds, the bulge with a firmness that narrows toward the tip, the The silhouette is so attractive that I couldn't choose which one should be the star of the show. As a result, this time, I took all of them and stuffed them in. After baking, I drizzled maple syrup on them. That is the liquid that is sliding on the thin surface in the last photo. The dense strawberry aroma when baked is enchanting. The heat added to the mixture and it was packed with sweetness and tartness 🤤🍓. The contrast with the 😇 charcoal bread is beautiful.... I love the way the dill between the blueberries shakes in the wind, and I can't stop looking at it. The matcha powder in the karesansui becomes darker in color with moisture when it falls on the sour cream. The radish's outer skin burns and shrinks into a wavy pattern, which is cute.
