But I instantly fell in love with this beautiful place. People, food, culture, architecture, nature, and so many cats🥺🥺🥺💕hehe I just love this calm Japanese ambiance on this island. It’s really relaxing, and lots of charms that words can’t describe💫 (I found this out later but my parents went there for their honeymoon, which makes this place even more special to me💕) taking my You can also hire a personal trainer but not everyone can afford it. So that’s why I started recording. My personal trainer was my own self, checking my form, comparing with experts, and trying again and again until I figured it out. I know you want to master the form and get the results right away, but learning new things usually takes time. I do this not because I'm scared of losing weight or not burning calories💀 But because I wanna show up for myself🌱 When you show up for yourself, you are prioritizing your health and well-being, you are demonstrating self-respect, and investment for your futue. You will not only look even better in a mirror, but you'd feel more connected to your body and mind when you choose to take care of yourself over other prioroties and doom scrolling👏👏👏 Show up for yourself. Even if you don't feel like it, you'll never regret showing up for yourself🔥 you're only one workout away from a good mood. *But of course if you really need to rest, please rest fully. I ended up having eating disorder, and then binge-eating. The more I tried, the less I was satisfied😔😔 And then I finally realized that I was choosing quick-fix method over my physical/mental health. That’s when I learned that nurturing my body with proper amount of food, and strengthening my body with excercise that I enjoy are the most important thing. And the best part is that it improved my mental health dramatically👏🌱 And I think this is the ultimate way of being healthy. It’s not for anybody, it’s not to become somebody. It’s to nourish your body and mind in your daily life. It’s a journey that helps you gain confidence, disicpline, and joy of life. (That’s something that you can’t buy w money) Looking good in a mirror is just a bonus😘 Fitness is also an investment for your future. We all need a healthy body than high-fashioned brand items when we get old right?
