転覆した船や火災を起こした危険物積載船等における人命救助や火災消火等、高度な救助技術と専門的知識を必要とする特殊な海難に対応するための救助スペシャリスト集団 ・潜水は４０m ・ヘリコプターからの降下時は、ロープを使って自力で降下する「リペリング降下」が可能 ・救急救命士を配属 ・火災や危険物にも対応 ⚫︎救急救命士・救急員 海難などにより生じた傷病者を医療機関等へ搬送するまでの間、容態に応じて適切な救急救命処置や応急処置を実施。 また、救急員とは、災害時や事故発生時に、傷病者の救助や応急処置を行うための知識や技術を持つ人のことです 海上保安庁の【救急員制度】は平成31年4月1日に創設 救急救命士を補助する形で、応急処置が可能な救急員を配置し、救急体制の充実を図るものです。 令和3年8月からは、救急員が単独で応急処置を行うことが認められ、救急能力の向上に繋がっています ⚫︎機動救難士 海難発生時にヘリコプターで出動し、迅速に吊り上げ救助を行う航空救難の専門家 ・潜水８m ・ヘリコプターからの降下時は、ロープを使って自力で降下する「リペリング降下」が可能 ・救急救命士を配属 機動救難士は現場到達から救助完了までの迅速性を求めているため、深い水深の潜水を想定しておりません 通報した人が、海上保安庁からショートメッセージでスマートフォンに送信されたURLを開くと、現場の様子をビデオ通話で共有することができます。 そして、海上保安官がリアルタイムで現場の状況を確認しながら、救命措置が必要だと判断した場合、応急手当の仕方や、心臓マッサージの適切な強度や間隔などを伝える映像を送るなどします。 （Live118はアプリをダウンロードする必要はありません） ①海上保安庁からSMSが届いたらURLにアクセス ②画面の案内に従い操作し、各種お願いに同意をして下さい ③画面中央に出る赤色ボタンをタップすると開始します また、海上保安庁では聴覚や発話の障がいがある人のために文字で通報できる「NET118」も導入しています。 緊急時に命を救うLive118 118番同様、Live118も是非覚えていただけたらと思います #宮城分校 #海保協会横浜 #お仕事紹介シリーズ 今回は海洋調査系のお仕事 南極地域観測隊の一員として南極周辺海域の海底地形や潮汐観測などを行う ＊南極地域観測隊 映画「南極調理人」の堺雅人演じる主人公は海上保安官です 地震・火山噴火等への防災に役立てるため、海底の地形変動観測や海域火山の監視観測を行う ＊海洋防災調査官 海底地形や地殻構造菜等の調査を実施し、取得したデータの解析および資料作成を行う ＊大洋調査官 船舶の安全、効率的な航海に不可欠な海図や、海図を最新の状態に維持するための補正図等の変数をする ＊海洋情報編集官 海図作成のため、海底地形調査や潮位観測などを実施し、取得したデータの解析を行う ＊海洋調査官 などがあります。 写真の最後にある「ブタメンカップ」ですが、ミニチュアではなく、「深海の水圧を知る」実験で小さくなったものです。 水圧は10m深くなるごとに1気圧ごと増えていきます。 1気圧とは1㎠（小指の爪くらい？）に1㎏の重りが置かれているくらいの力です。 そして黄色い写真の物は… 自立型潜水調査機器「ごんどう」 海底付近まで潜航し、精密な海底地形などを取得する潜水調査機器です。プログラミングされた計画測線を自律的に航海しながら、搭載されている調査機器にて海洋調査を行う無人潜水調査ロボットです。 測量船でも海底地形の調査はできますが、水深が深くなればなるほど分析能力が落ちてしまいます。ですが、ごんどうは海底付近まで潜航して調査を行えるため、水深が深くなっても分析能力は変わらないというメリットがあります。
