Heart-shaped chocolate ganache cake 4層ハート型チョコレートガナッシュケーキ [EN/日本語] I made this chocolate ganache cake for a Valentine’s Day. It’s actually 4 layers filled with chocolate whipped cream. ワンプレートおせち Traditional Japanese New Years food [EN/日本語] Happy new year ✨ We usually spend new year with my family in Japan but unfortunately due to covid19 we couldn’t go home this year so I decided to cook this Japanese New Years food. It’s called “osechi”.
