(*in my dream) I was lying on the bed, and the doc of Qigong was showing his hands to my body, and it seemed like he feels the earth’s vibrational energy passing through my body. My straight-sleeping body was in harmony with the earth’s vibrational energy. Then the doc said, “bend your body,” and when I moved my body, it came off the earth’s vibrational energy with a boing, and the harmony between the earth and me was disconnected. And when I straightened it back, I was again in harmony with the earth’s vibrational energy. In other words, he seemed to have told me that the tip of life to live this world smoothly by not thinking too much with your head and not resisting the waves prepared in front of you. “Go with the flow” I’m sorry if it sounds unclear for you to understand because I’m just telling what I exactly saw in my dream. Have you ever had sleep paralysis with a massage by a spirit🧚? Well, I have once. On the night I stayed at my friend's house, when I was sleeping, I felt a sign of sleep paralysis. However, I was tired so I left myself to it, and the sleep paralysis started. I was in a state that I could see my sleeping perspective in my dream. (*I was sleeping)Then I felt something bushy under my feet. I was wondering what it was, and it suddenly came over my head! And that bushy object started giving me the scalp massage😂!!! You may not believe it, but it was a good massage with strong acupressure, and “it”gave me a nice and gentle massage at the end, and went nowhere. At the same time, the sleep paralysis ended. In my dream, I was thinking, "No way! Are you giving me a massage?! lol" Psychic Massage Review: ★★★★☆ It felt good👍 I wanna try a longer treatment next time. Strangely enough, I have experienced this kind of dream about three times. That was the dream I had in the morning. (*in my dream)When I opened my eyes and looked at the clock, it was 7:15 am and I thought I could still sleep one more hour. And I was awakened by such a dream, and when I actually woke up and looked at my phone, it was 7:21 am. That means the time I saw in my dream was linked to real time. I was calmly super surprised. After that experience, I had a similar dream twice. At one of these times, I was able to recognize the time I had seen in my dream was outside time, so I thought it was not time to wake up yet, so I kept sleeping without waking up(￣∇￣) So helpful, isn’t it? After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Illustration at University of Brighton in the UK in 2015, she began her freelancing career and has been creating commissions for magazine publications, production companies and live events in Japan. Alongside her life journey, she focuses on bringing her authentic perception to life with an abundant experience in illustrating, collaging and writing a story, which can be seen in her DIY zine printed by a risograph printer. Japanese subcultures such as manga and anime have also fostered her colorful and cheerful ideas since childhood. Her unique philosophy that is born in her life experiences usually leads her to discover the unknown world and venture into a creative journey. Around last summer, I felt a sign of sleep paralysis and tried to escape by shaking my body. However, my body didn’t move and the sleep paralysis started! I was able to recognize that it was a scene in my dream while sleeping. In other words, I had the experience of having sleep paralysis for real in my dream. That’s why I couldn’t move my body! I heard that there are people in the world who don’t see a dream at all or don’t remember at all. So they are surprised when I tell them that I have the sense of feeling in my dreams. For example, I still remember the feeling of being chased by a mysterious man but my body became too heavy to run, the temperature and feel of my hand when I shook hands with a celebrity, the feeling of flying freely over the forest, and the feeling of being caught up in a tornado in the sea and washed up in the sky. Again, it’s all about experiences in my dreams. Even in my dreams, I have the sense of eyesight, touch, hearing and feeling clearly. I don’t eat in a dream so I’m not sure about the taste, but the sense of smell is the only thing that doesn’t work for me. What about you? Do you have the same experience as me? One day, before I got on the night bus leaving from Osaka to Tokyo, I had severe diarrhea that made me run into the toilet many times. I exhausted from the diarrhea, got on the bus and fell asleep. In my dream, I was talking to an object, something like a fluffy white steam in my hand. For some reason, I recognized the object as a divinity, and I was asking a question like a child, “Why did you come to this earth?” “It” must have answered something, but I completely forgot what “it” said. What I remember is that I am a fool who knows nothing about the world. When I woke up on the bus, I thought I saw the truth. 🏜️🤨2024年9月に #山中瑶子 監督『 #ナミビアの砂漠 』を大阪のTOHOシネマズで鑑賞しました。 ハッキリ言って脱帽で禿げました。 世の中のニッチな映画ファンたちが食いつくワケも大納得。だって今この日本の現代が抱えている言語化できない個人の靄を堂々たる #河合優実 ちゃんと言う等身大ギャルを通して描き切っているからだ。 都心部に生きている人々はそれぞれの舞台で役割を演じ、時代を身体に反映し、その映し出された虚像同士が友達だの恋人だの仲間だの結婚だのと形ばかりの儀式を行っている。その虚像のベールを剥がしたら、そこにはただただシステム化された社会やパターン化されたシナリオがあるだけの、人間味のかけらも無い、いわば空っぽの、空虚が、広がっている、寂しさ。主人公カナはその空虚感を本能で感じ、それが何かも分からずただひたすら日常に翻弄されている“フリ”をし、仕事においても恋人との関係においても公私共に上辺の役割をこなしていく。限界が到来した時、それは怒りであり悲しみであり虚ろであり、暴力という形でしか発散されない「無気力さ」なのだ。 20年ちょっと前まではまだ人間が人間らしく生きていた時代だったと思う。今私たちが生きている令和の時代は、あまりにも情報やメディアが飽和状態だ。多様性とか上手いこと言って個人の自由を見事にビジネス化し、無意味な消費と生産がなされている。表面をこすり続けこすり倒し、ツルツル滑って皆どこに居るんだっけ？どこに行きたいんだっけ？宇宙迷子センターは本日も超満員です。な日本。 日々モノが溢れていることに安堵を感じ、世の中を自分の目ではなくメディアを通して知る習慣。「自分」という自己を振り返る余地を与えないスマートフォンはその登場当時から現在にかけて、そんな現代社会の仕組みを助長する加速装置として機能して来た。 私が小学生の時にCD・DVD・PHSが衰退していき、中学生の頃にはSONY WALKMAN、Blu-ray、iPhone3G、iPodが登場、高校〜大学にかけてiPhone、MacBookを持つことが普通になり、32歳の現在、iPhoneは16までバージョンを更新している。 ゆとり世代ど真ん中の私たち1992年生まれは、正直言って稀有な存在だと豪語できる。なぜならアナログからデジタルの推移をリアルタイムで当事者として経験して来たからだ。一つ後の世代、ミレニアムなチルドレンたちは初めっからデジタル社会なのだ。そういう意味ではゆとり世代は80〜90年代の残り香を感じながら育ちつつも、セーラームーン、ポケモン、デジモン、おジャ魔女どれみに揉まれながらデジタル時代に突入し、適宜順応して来た、アナログもデジタルも愛して来た世代なのだ。だからこそ現代の子供たちや成人したばかりの若者たちが持ち得る現代に対する存在意義がとても希薄に感じることがある。お前には関係ないと言われそうだが、その直感がこの文章を書かせている原動力と言っても過言ではない。そして、私より若い世代へのこの疑問と不安の矛先は、もはやこの令和の時代、どの世代にも向けられるものなのだ。 「自分」って何者で、何がしたいんだろう？そんな純粋な疑問を人間として地球に生まれたら誰しも投じると思う。でも現代社会にはそれをさせない仕掛けがいくつもある。（その「仕掛け」がなんなのかは皆さんに考えて欲しいのであえて列挙しませんが、）その網を掻い潜って「氣づき」を得て、生まれたまんまの地球人として目が醒めていたいものだ。
