  • I crave for acquapazza at least once every month and unfortunately I can’t find this dish served in Singapore. Thankfully it’s really easy to make~ The key ingredients are: Red Snapper Fillet, fresh Asari Clams and cherry tomatoes (all from @zairyosg), onion & garlic. This dish was created by the Italian fishermen when they’re out at sea, it’s called “crazy water” (acquapazza) cus of how crazy it sounds when the water/wine meets oil in the pan. For a carb-free option, you can have it as is. I like to pair it with toasted sourdough, or roasted potatoes. 🤍

  • Had the wildest caviar craving so I blocked out a day, bought me a 125G tin and made some accoutrements. Wasn’t for the ‘gram or promo so I didn’t dress up or anything, I genuinely love caviar, it’s not a “topping” to me. The cultured butter, caviar on milk toast combi was top tier 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 (cultured butter & toast courtesy of @chefshentan - I thought the butter would’ve lasted me till next year but it’s gone LOL SO. GOOD.)

  • This TikTok trend made me cry tons. I don’t know what ages people think of when they talk to their inner child, but for me, it’s always the 12-14 year old self. It also made me really pissed off for days. Now that I’m calmer I only have this to say: some adults are not meant to be parents. If I were your parent, I’d swallow you. There is no universe that it’s alright for an adult to tell a child that she’s too fat. Too unattractive as a fat girl. Tbh, as of now, that’s a lot coming from someone who looks like you? You look like you let your entire bloodline down? And you dare tell me? This face? That I’m fat? And ugly? Are you serious? I have a lot to say but this is what healing brings out of you. 🙂 don’t be guilty, it’s just old programming. Fuck ‘em up. Go for it bb. I’ve also created a present that is safer than my memories. I became somebody that would’ve protected me, and became somebody she dreamed of being but didn’t dare to. I love this trend so much 😭

  • At the ripe age of 36, I’m finally taking better care of my womb (while also being completely disgusted with how reckless I used to be with iced water 🥲) so I’ve been trying to eat better according to the cycle phases. I don’t like innards and pork so this is my new go-to for post-menstrual nourishment. Easy stuff: silver cod fish, ginger, leek, goji berries, red dates and black chicken essence.
