レーニン峰(7134m)遠征今回初の7000m峰チャレンジでしたがキャンプ3の6300m地点で吹雪で肺や気管支やられて血痰出たので大事取ってリタイア・敗退しました。ただ景色は綺麗だったのであげたいと思います。レーニン峰はキルギスとタジキスタンにある山で中央アジアにある7000m峰５つの中の1つです。世界の7000m峰の中でも一番簡単な山の１つと言われてましたがやはり7000m台の壁は高かったです。これを機にトレーニングに励んで次は8000m峰目指すかもしれません。頑張りたいと思います Lenin Peak (7134m) Expedition This was the first time for me to challenge a 7000m peak, but at the 6300m point of camp 3, a snowstorm hit my lungs and bronchial tubes, causing me to sputum up with blood, so I took it very seriously and retired. パナマ共和国人生第70ヶ国目のパナマにあるパナマ運河、水不足で運行本数減らされてると聞いていたが毎日のように雨降ってたし運河を見に行ったらちゃんと見ることが出来た。めちゃくちゃ大きい貨物線が閘門式運河で上下に移動する様は実際に見るとインパクト凄かった。後パナマは想像を遥かに超えた都会で高層ビル多くて驚いた Panama This is the Panama Canal. It was very impressive to see the huge cargo lines moving up and down in the lock canal. Also, Panama is a much more urban city than I had imagined, and I was surprised to see so many skyscrapers! 第68ヶ国目　ニカラグア治安の悪いホンジュラスを抜けたどり着いたこの国。火の国とも呼ばれるように活火山が多数あり、今回訪れたマサヤ火山は活動中の噴火口を覗き見られる世界でも数少ない場所だった。夜に合わせて観に行ったが暗闇の中に浮かび上がる溶岩はとても幻想的であった。他にも反米ゲリラから政党になったサンディニスタ民族解放戦線のモニュメントや記念碑が街のあちこちにあり政治的にも非常に面白い国だった Nicaragua After passing through Honduras, I arrived in this country. 66ヶ国目、中米エルサルバドルかつて最恐国家の１つとして有名だったこの国だが、軍隊を導入して人口の1％以上のギャングを逮捕して治安改善されていた。街中には警察より軍人の方が多く物々しくはあったが治安はかなり良かった。虹色の教会として有名な教会はとても美しく彩度なんか弄らなくてもこの写真撮れるからすごい El Salvador, Central America Once famous as one of the most feared countries in the world, El Salvador has improved its security by introducing the military and arresting gangs that now comprise more than 1% of the population. グアテマラ中米3ヶ国目、65ヶ国目に訪れた国、古代マヤ文明の遺跡Tikal遺跡や中米最高峰タフムルコ山、現在も活発に活動するフエゴ山と双峰ボルカン・デ・アカテンゴなど自然から古代遺跡まで幅広くある素晴らしい国だった、活火山のおかげで温泉あるのも素晴らしい、今まで行った国の中でもかなりおすすめの国、山登って筋肉痛を癒しに温泉入ることが出来る Guatemala Guatemala is the third country I visited in Central America and the 65th country I visited. It is a wonderful country with a wide range of sites from nature to ancient ruins such as the ruins of Tikal, the ancient Mayan civilization, Mount Tajumulco, the highest mountain in Central America, Mount Fuego, which is still active, and Volcán de Acatengo, the twin peaks. I highly recommend this country among all the countries I have visited so far. ベリーズ　中米のカリブ海側にある小国。10万人あたりの殺人件数が世界第5位となっており行く前は少し緊張していたが、そもそも市場大きい都市でも人口6万人程度しかおらず夜も普通に歩けた。正直かなり牧歌的で特に見るところがある訳でもないが霊柩車の見た目が兎に角可愛かった。特筆するべきは中華料理屋の多さである。ビザなしで尚且つ英語圏のこの国は一旦華僑華人がここで暮らしながら英語を学びその後アメリカに移民する中継地点となってるらしく現地の料理屋より中華料理屋の方が多いぐらいであった。 Belize　 Belize is a small country on the Caribbean side of Central America, the number of homicides per 100,000 people is the fifth highest in the world, and I was a little nervous before I went there, but the population is only about 60,000 people in the large city market, and I could walk around at night. To be honest, the city is quite idyllic, and there is nothing in particular to see, but the hearse were very cute. What was interesting was the large number of Chinese restaurants. Parece que este país de habla inglesa y exento de visados es un punto de tránsito para los inmigrantes chinos de ultramar, que aprenden inglés mientras viven aquí y luego emigran a EE.UU. バーミヤンの遺跡アフガニスタン旅行でバーミヤンの遺跡を訪れてからちょうど1年経ったからあげます！タリバンによって仏像破壊されたけど共和国政権が滅んだから、遺跡修復してたユネスコ関係者全員逃げて今はタリバン兵士が管理してたから中まで入れた！仏像の頭の上まで登れるのは驚いた The Buddhas of Bamiyan Just a year ago, I visited the ruins of Bamiyan, Afghanistan. As you all know, the Taliban destroyed the Buddha statue, but since the Republican regime fell, all the UNESCO officials who were restoring the ruins fled, and now the Taliban soldiers are in charge, so tourists were able to go inside. I was surprised that we can climb up to the top of the head of the Buddha statue. Los Budas de Bamiyán Hace justo un año visité las ruinas de Bamiyán, en Afganistán. 男だけの国　アトス自治修道士共和国この宗教自治国家には男しか入れない。修道士は男、巡礼者も男、家畜ですらオスのみである。そんな国だがギリシャ正教の一大聖地であり各地から数多くの正教徒が巡礼してくる。異教徒は1日10人までしか入れない中、今回巡礼してきた。キリスト教国家はいままで何個も訪れてきたが中世の祈りの生活を厳格に残しているのはここだけで非常に面白かった Monastic community of Mount Athos, a autonomous region for men only. Only men are allowed to enter in this religious autonomous country. Monks are men, pilgrims are men, and even livestock is exclusively male. Despite this, Athos is a major centre of Greek Orthodoxy, and many Orthodox pilgrims come from all over the world. 10 Pagans are only allowed in a day, but I got the pilgrimage visa this time. I have visited many Christian countries, but this is the only one that strictly preserves the medieval prayer life, which was very interesting.
