There is a choice of three types of freshly baked pizza. He uses Shio Koji for the scones and putting echire butter on side. Other various sweets also uses seasonal ingredients. 🔹Coffee jelly pudding The coffee jelly pudding is a combination of my favorite custard pudding and coffee jelly all in one dish, with whipped cream on top. It is delicious and satisfying. 🔸Soufflé The soufflé is baked to order, so hot and fluffy. It’s delicious as is but with whipped cream, mango sauce and coconut flower syrup are also beyond delicious. 🔹Cream Soda There are 2 kinds of Yubari melon and strawberry. Both are topped with homemade vanilla ice cream. I’ve been a big fan of Hiro's sweets for a long time. He always has a strong desire to bring delicious sweets to as many people as possible and you can feel that warmth in every bite of his sweets. All of the sweets are recommended, so please visit the evolved Shirokumaya Cafe and give them a try.

(これらの評価等はあくまでも個人的な意見です。) ✼••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 𝗝𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗘 ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈••✼ BTSプルンチットから少し奥に入ったところにあるフレンチ・ビストロ《L’Escargot》。去年の12月にオープンしたばかりのお店にお邪魔しました。メニューは多少フランス料理をわかる人なら理解できるオーソドックスでクラシックなものばかり。この日は 🧅フレンチ・オニオンスープ 🐌エスカルゴ 🥬チコリのサラダ 🥩ビーフストロガノフ 🍎りんごのタルトを旦那さんとシェア。どれも真ん中を行く味付けで食べやすく、期待を裏切らない美味しさ。この真ん中を行く味付けというのが意外と難しくて、多くの店はここを狙って外すか、奇をてらいすぎて料理人と食べ手との間に温度差を感じることが多々。もちろん奇をてらった料理が天才的で思いがけず心を鷲掴みにされた時の感動はまた格別だけど、それは滅多にある事ではないので、最近はこの店にように想像を大きく越えず、ある程度の満足感を得られる店がとても貴重に思えるようになって来ました。 4月にはトンローにも支店を出すそうで、日本人がこぞって通う人気店になりそう。あと、敷地内にあるもうちょっと格式の高い《Lyon》も気になる。ちなみに《L’Escargot》では近々朝ごはんもスタートするそうなので、使い勝手がとても良さそうです。毎日行きたくなる店で激しくおすすめ。 ✼••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛 ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈••✼ “L'Escargot" is a French bistro located a little further in from BTS Phloenchit which just opened last December. The menu is full of orthodox and classic dishes that anyone who knows a little French cuisine can understand. On this day. 🧅French onion soup 🐌Escargot 🥬Endive salad 🥩Beef Stroganoff 🍎Apple Tart Shared with my husband. All of the dishes are seasoned well and delicious, and they do not disappoint. It is surprisingly difficult to find a restaurant like this, and many restaurants either miss the mark or try too hard to be original, often resulting in a disconnect between the chef and the customer. Of course, it is a special feeling when a dish that takes way higher than our expectations and unexpectedly grabs your heart, but that doesn't happen often, so recently I have come to think that restaurants like this one, which do not go far beyond the imagination and give the customer satisfaction overall are very valuable. They are going to open a branch in Thonglor in April, and I am sure that it will be a popular for Japanese people. By the way, they will soon start serving breakfast, so this place can be usu for many circumstances. Highly recommended.

(これらの評価等はあくまでも個人的な意見です。) 《Kiri Tsukemen》 🫕(soup)┆4/5 🥟(noodle)┆3.5/5 🥩(chashu)┆4/5 🥚(egg)┆4.5/5 🍥(toppings)┆3.5/5 🌡️(soup temperature)┆5/5 🍜(overall balance)┆4/5 ✼••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 𝗝𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗘 ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈••✼ トンローにある鶴うどん敷地内にオープンした同じ系列の《キリつけ麺》へ行って来ました。土曜日の20時ごろインで5組待ち。40分待ちと言われましたが、結局30分も待たなかったかな。メニューはオリジナルのキリつけ麺の他に4種類のつけ麺と冷やし中華、エビハンペン春巻きと白いご飯。今回は始めてだったので、キリつけ麺にしました。麺は硬めでオーダー。ドリンクは柚子ソーダ。着席してから着丼するまで約10分。石鍋に入ったつけ汁は目で確認できるほど熱々👍つけ汁は醤油と魚介ベースで若干酸味とコクがある割とあっさり系。麺に特別感はないですが、硬めで美味しいです。ただかなりひっついてて食べにくいw後から味変用の出汁をちょっとかけたらほぐれて食べやすくなりました。焼豚もメンマも柔らかく味良しで合格点。味玉が一見普通なのに、絶妙な茹で加減と味付けで思わず声が出てしまうほど好みでした。味変の出汁とレモンに関しては、途中さっぱり食べれるので好きです。全体的にバランスも良く、細部にいろいろなこだわりが見える丁寧に作られたつけ麺で好感持てました。他のつけ汁も試してみたいので、再訪させていただきます。 ✼••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛 ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈••✼ I went to Kiri Tsukemen, which opened on the premises of Tsuru Udon in Thonglor. We were told there would be a 40-minute wait, but in the end we waited no more than 30 minutes. The menu includes the original Kiri Tsukemen, four kinds of Tsukemen, chilled Chinese noodles, shrimp hanpen spring rolls, and white rice. Since this was my first time, I decided to order Kiri Tsukemen. I ordered the noodles hard. The drink was a yuzu soda. It took about 10 minutes from the time we were seated to the time the tsukemen was served. The dipping sauce is soy/dashi base with a slight sourness and also very HOT👍 The noodles are not special, but they are hard and tasty. The seasoned egg looks ordinary at first glance, but it was so perfectly cooked and seasoned that I couldn't help but squeal with delight. As for side of dashi broth and lemon, I like them because I can refresh my taste buds during the meal. Overall, I was impressed with the balance of the noodles and the attention to detail in the careful preparation of the noodles. I would like to try other dipping sauces, so I will return for sure.

Even Wednesday night, the restaurant was so popular that some people couldn’t get in without a reservation. Most of the menu is reasonably priced at less than 500 THB. But of course, the dishes are very tasty and good portions. On this day 🍤Garlic Shrimp 🍅Bruschetta 🧀Oven-baked Camembert 🍲Escargot and mushroom cream sauce 🍖Beef Tartar 🥩Rib eye steak 🍎Tarte Tatin All were really good, but I especially recommend the ❤️ Bruschetta I loved the generous amount of sliced cheese, coppa ham, tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar accents on top. ❤️ Baked Camembert A whole Camembert baked with a hint of rosemary and served with bread. ❤️ Beef Tartar I was surprised at first by the size of the beef tartare. The fresh beef had no smell at all and was perfectly balanced with the seasonings mixed in. The french fries are freshly fried and delicious. ❤️ Tarte Tatin The apples are so soft and melt in your mouth and it is best served with cold ice cream. I want to go here often even though it is far away from home. The reservations are a must because seats are limited📆

The cafe is already cute from the cows in the storefront❤️ Dining space is rather spacious, bright and very comfortable. The small palm tree 🌴 planted in the middle of the big table is so cute💕. This time, I shared millefeuille, croissant, and Pain Sacre with my friend. The millefeuille is too big for one person to finish, so sharing is recommended. The crispy pie crust is light and the caramel cream is quite rich, so I enjoyed it better with the whipped cream that is served with it. Personally, it was pretty good, but not the best. The croissant was quite the type of moist and crunchy croissant that I like, best part is the bottom of croissant being buttery and crispy. I think this is my favorite croissant in Bangkok so far. I would definitely like to try their other croissants. (これらの評価等はあくまでも個人的な意見です。) ✼••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 𝗝𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗘 ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈••✼ ドンキトンローの3階にオープンした仙台牛の専門店《GoIchiRo》。現在はディナーのみ営業ですが、今月末からランチ営業するということで、一足先にお邪魔してきました。今回いただいたのはランチメニューのひとつでもある「牛たん定食」。一頭から数枚しか取れないという希少部位のみを使用しており、その質の良さはひとくち食べれば良くわかりました。炭火焼きの牛たんはほんのり香ばしく、めちゃくちゃ柔らかい。添えてある南蛮味噌に付けて食べるとさらに美味しくいただけます。土鍋で炊いた炊き立ての麦飯との相性も抜群でついご飯を食べすぎてしまいそう。あっさり目のテールスープはお肉がトロトロで美味。全体的に大満足な定食でした。今までバンコクでは美味しい牛たんがなかったので、かなり嬉しい！お友達がいただいていたハンバーグカレーもランチメニューのひとつになるそうで、少し味見させてもらいましたが、マンゴーを使ったフルーティーなカレーは後からスッキリした辛さが心地よくてこちらも美味しかったです。夜は仙台牛をふんだんに楽しめるおまかせコースがいただけるそうで、次回はそちらを食べに伺いたいです。 ✼••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛 ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈••✼ “GoIchiRo" is a restaurant specializing in Sendai beef that opened on the third floor of Donki Thonglor. Currently open only for dinner, but I was invited for lunch menu which will be open from the end of this month. I had “Grilled Beef Tongue Set” which is one of the lunch menu. The quality of the beef tongue was evident in every bite. The charbroiled beef tongue was slightly aromatic and extremely tender. It tastes even better when I eat it with nanban miso. The freshly cooked barley rice and soup were also delicious. Overall, it was a very satisfying set meal. I was quite happy because I could not find good beef tongue in Bangkok. The hamburger steak curry that my friend was having is also part of the lunch menu, and I got to taste a bit of it. The curry using mango was fruity and delicious, with a pleasantly refreshing spiciness afterwards. (これらの評価等はあくまでも個人的な意見です。) ✼••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 𝗝𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗘 ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈••✼ タニヤプラザにオープンした手打ち蕎麦とうどんの店《SuNami》。こちらは以前アソークにあった北海道しろくま屋さんで蕎麦打ちしていた角南さんが新しくオープンされたお店です。私は北海道しろくま屋さんのお蕎麦の大ファンだったので、閉店されて嘆いていましたが、新しく《SuNami》をオープンされたと聞いて早速伺ってみました。メニューはお蕎麦やうどんの他にとんかつなど種類豊富。当時北海道しろくま屋さんでいつもオーダーしていた大好きなネギトロ丼も健在だったので、この日もいつものざる蕎麦とネギトロ丼のセットをオーダー。相変わらずお蕎麦は程よいコシがあり、出汁の効いた甘さ控えめの麺つゆとの相性も抜群でした。ネギトロ丼も小ぶりに見えてネギトロがたっぷりのってて最高に美味しかったです。この店が家からもっと近かったら。。。という点だけがネックですが、それでも頻繁に通ってしまうこと間違いなしです。ちなみに旦那さんがオーダーしていたロースカツは脂身が全くなくて、味も形もヒレカツそのものでしたが、これで合ってたのかな？とそれだけが疑問でした😆 ✼••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛 ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈••✼ “SuNami" is a new handmade soba & udon noodle restaurant in Taniya Plaza. This is a newly opened by Chef Sunami, who used to work at Hokkaido Shirokumaya in Asoke. I was a big fan of his soba noodles, so I was so sad to hear that the restaurant had to closed permanently. The menu has a wide variety of dishes such as tonkatsu as well as soba and udon. The Negitoro-don which I always ordered at Hokkaido Shirokumaya, was still available, so I ordered my usual set of Zaru-soba and Negitoro-don at this time. As usual, the soba noodles were moderately firm and went very well with dipping sauce which had a nice dashi broth and was not overly sweet. A smash burger is a burger in which instead of the usual formed patty, the meat is rounded and pressed on a griddle to a crisp and then placed in a bun. This makes more enjoyable texture and meaty flavor. This smash burger has recently become very popular in the U.S. and can also be found in Thailand. The Oklahoma Burger I chose this time is a simple beef patty, cheese, and onions. The grilled aroma of the burger whetted my appetite even before I started eating it, and it tasted both hearty and juicy! Delish! In my opinion, the most important thing in a hamburger is the balance between the bun, patty, and other ingredients, and this one had a pretty good balance of quantity, texture, and taste. However, as is often the case with Thai hamburgers, there is a wild milky smell that lingers in the nose afterwards. I'm not sure if it was the patty used or the butter, but the habit bothered me a bit. And skinny fries were freshly fried, but they were bit dry, which was slightly disappointing. But overall, the level is high, so there will be a revisit.

The character that looks like Ghibli characters, and they are cute and has a strong impact. The menu is explained on the wall when you enter, and you first select a base ice cream flavor, then choose two toppings, stamp them on a designated card, and take it to the cashier. It's a fun new idea and will be popular with children. This time, we chose the base was matcha green tea, and the toppings were azuki bean paste & shiratama and osmanthus jelly. The flavored ice cream is sliced into thin slices like shaved ice, and finished decoration with eyes made of chocolate. The taste was not only instagrammable, but also had a strong green tea flavor and was not too sweet. The azuki bean paste was a little dry, but it had a handmade feel and tasted good. The osmanthus jelly was also tasty, with a soft scent of osmanthus. There is a river inside the cafe, where you can ride a boat for free, and there are big swings and bungalows. Thailand is full of cafes with strong concepts like this, which I think is amazing. Since it’s the dry season now, it was very pleasant to sit at the counter in the shade and enjoy the view of the river. There are many similar cafes, but this is the first one I have liked in a long time. I was so full that I only ordered a drink, but the desserts looked delicious, so I would definitely like to come back. It's about an hour and a half drive 🚗 from Bangkok. The prawns come in small and large sizes, and my friend always eats the large ones, but we ordered a kilo each of large and small to compare this time. The plump shrimp with dipping the sauce which left on the plate was addicting. This sauce is also good with fried rice, too. After eating about 8 large prawns, we ordered small prawns and compared them, but we couldn't tell the difference at all😆 I guess it's just the size difference. The 2 kilograms of prawns was too much for two people so we decided to take most of them home. (My husband enjoyed it later...). The volcanic prawns are reputed to be delicious, and they were as good as they were rumored to be.
