先方様とのお話がまとまり本日保護しました🙏 猫の相談を多々頂くのですが… 只今、地元のTNRには自治会長様、地域の方々のご協力の元活動させて頂いております。 私本人が重度の猫アレルギーの為、猫さんの頭数が増えすぎてしまうと呼吸困難におちいってしまう為活動困難となります💦 基本的に犬専門で保護活動させて頂いております🙇 申し訳ありません。 今ウチにいる子達は、看取り、エイズ、脳神経障害があり人の補助がないと生きていけない子達です。 今回は推定13歳〜14歳、片足欠損によりこの先年を重ねていくにつれ外で3本足で暮らしていくのには年齢や体力的に厳しいと判断し保護する事にしました。 お亡くなりになられたおばぁさんもどうか安心しておやすみになられますように🙏 おばぁさんがとても可愛がっておられ、つけてくれた名前 🐾みぃちゃん🐾 でも、徐々に猫の問題も深刻であることに気がつき、猫問題にも力を入れるようになりました。 在、我が家には猫が6頭います。 エイズの猫達が4頭、 脳疾患のある子が2頭です。 重篤な子達優先の方針のため、みんな何かしらの疾患があります。 「保護活動をしている」と、どこからともなく相談を受けます。 その相談から話し合った上、引き取ることになった子、 自分の関わっているTNRで外に戻せないと判断した子、 レスキュー中に、もう行き場が無いと判断し連れ帰った子。 ウチにきて2年ほどになる「シャンクス」。 この子も飼育崩壊現場から、外中自由にしていた子でした。 捕獲し病院へ連れて行くと、 手が折れ曲がった状態で腐敗していました。 「このままでは骨に二次感染する恐れがあり、命の危険がある」 と先生判断で、断脚することになりました。 そのまま連れて帰り、飼い主さんと相談し 傷が落ち着くまではうちで治療するとなったものの、 その後、飼い主さんと連絡がとれなくなってしまい、そのままうちで保護しています。 TNRのきっかけは些細なことで、最初はわからないことが多く、沢山悩みはありましたがまわりの猫ボランティアさんたちのおかげでやっと形になってきました。 ここ最近は2年ほどかけて、先日やっと自治会長さんたちとお話する機会を頂き 私の大好きな地元での地域猫問題に力を入れております。 話し合いの末、各町会長様から各地域の猫の相談や 犬の相談を受けることが多くなりました。 私の地域はお年寄りが多く、一人暮らしの方も少なくはありません。 「お話だけでも」と伺っても全てがスムーズな訳ではありません… 中には門前払いを受けたり、怒られたり、何度も通うところからスタートでした。 何度か訪問させて頂いた末に、 猫や犬の話だけでなく世間話を気さくにしてくださるように 関係性が深まっていきました。 犬や猫を救う活動は、人と人との繋がりへとも関係しています。 そのため、「人同士のコミュケーション」もとても大切なことだと思っています。 徐々にTNRも地域の方やお店の方も協力してくださり、 お庭やお店に捕獲器を設置してくださり 連携できることが増えています。 私は実は重度の猫アレルギーがあるので、猫の活動には限界はあるかもしれませんが、 せめて「自分か関わった事案」でこういった重いケガを患っている子、 エイズや白血病の子達の「最後の砦」にも、なっていきたいのです。 出会ったのもきっと御縁です。 引き寄せられたのだと思います。 そんな思いで、これからも、人も動物も大切にして活動に邁進します。 当所は長かった。8ヶ月。。。 先日2歳になる元気な2人を抱けるなんて…思いもしませんでした。 繁殖屋崩壊からのレスキューの話です。 大きな問題として、記事にもなっていました。 「衰弱したチワワやポメラニアンなど放置、繁殖業者の女逮捕…２１年には４０匹死ぬ」 https://www.yomiuri.co.jp/national/20230208-OYT1T50324/ 犬舎の状態が悪く感染症にかかり健康状態も良くない中、妊娠している犬が数頭いました。 色んな方々で一致団結し 「一人でも多く救いたい」 「この子達の未来を守りたい」 その気持ちの一心で、皆それぞれができることを必死でやってきました。 妊娠している子。 私はお腹の中の子供も救いたかったんです。 先生に「いざというときはどうする？」と聞かれ、、、頭を抱えました、、、 罪悪感がありながら、、、「母体を優先する」という選択をしました。 だけど、1人1人レントゲンにハッキリ写る背骨とエコーでしっかり動く子供達の心臓を見たら、どちらも救いたいと心底おもいました。 この日からお母さん達の油断は許されない体調管理と治療がスタートしました。 しかし、その間にも原因不明の突然死した子、 神経症状がいきなり出てしまった子、ケンネルコフが慢性化しすぎて咳が止まらず次々に体調を崩す子たち…。 幼すぎて治療を受けれず、そのままで咳のしすぎや体調不良から後遺症で肺と心臓が癒着してしまっている子…。 そして、そんな中、お母さん犬達のお産が始まり出しました。 その様子は、地獄そのものでした。 状態の悪さから3頭に1頭は死産といっても過言ではないほどの死亡率。 新たな命が生まれる瞬間って感動があり嬉しいはずなのに、また次死ぬのかな？とか色んなことが頭をよぎります。 ひたすら、ただ、ただ、怖かったです。 健康診断に全く異常はなかったのに、避妊手術の時麻酔から目が覚めて帰ってこれなかった子、 離乳して喜んでいたのも束の間、又…突然死…。 もぅいったい何頭見送ればいいのか。 先が見えなさすぎて心が折れ、頭がおかしくなりそうでした。 私の選択は間違いやったんやろか。 私、今いったい何してんのやろか？ なんで？なんで？ばっかりで怒りの矛先は繁殖屋でしかなかったです。 「残っている子を全て出して欲しい」と言うと、 「まだ犬が欲しいのか？」と罵られました。 繁殖屋には、何を言っても響きません。 【心】がないから。 言葉では【可愛い】とか【愛しい】とか平気で言うけど、こんな扱いを受けたら、どんな子も生きる希望を見失う。 この子達の目を、ちゃんと正面から見たことある？ 怒りで爆発しそうな感情を全て何がなんでも育てて、絶対自分だけの家族と繋げるって自分に言い聞かせながら… 犬達の安全を考え交渉し、守り、信頼できるボランティア様達へ繋げてくださりそのおかげで皆皆今自分だけの家族の元にいます。 皆それぞれが涙し【救う、繋げる、守りたい想い】が集まり守られたからある今だと思います。 家族の元で御家族の皆さんもこの子達もとても幸せそうな顔を見てるとホンマに折れずに貫いて良かった。 「やめてしまいたい」と一度でも思ってしまった。 自分が情けなかったです。 何よりも今は、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。 言葉では伝えきれないほどの感謝と幸せな気持ちです。 ここだけでレスキューは終わりではありません。 どんなことがあっても、待ってくれてる子達がいる限り、繁殖屋が撲滅しない限りレスキューは続きます。 いつか必ず…行き場のない子が、生まれてきたことすら誰にも知られずに命を落としてしまう子が…保護犬、保護猫なんてワードがこの世から無くなり忘れ去られる世の中になりますように。 良い流れへと変えて幸せが当たり前である世の中に。 生まれてきたからには皆幸せになる権利があります。
