／ ワークショップのご案内📣【釜炒り茶作り体験】 ＼ 焼畑で焼き払われた野に、真っ先に芽を出す植物に「山茶」があります。 椎葉では山に自生する茶の木を「山茶」と呼び、初夏の訪れを知らせる若葉で釜炒り茶を作って、日々の生活の中で楽しんでいます。 昔の人々は山へ仕事に行く際にやかんだけを持って行き、山で茶の枝を切って炙り、煮出して飲んでいたそうです。 こんにちは！椎葉村観光協会です😊 3月1日(土).2日(日)は、『第11回しいば好き人感謝祭』を6年ぶりに開催しました！ 1日目は椎葉村交流拠点施設Katerieにて、eスポーツ体験とマイ箸作り体験。 夜は観光レディ、地元の方々との交流会。地元のお母さんたちが作った美味しい手料理を食べて交流を深めました。 太鼓や落語の披露もあり楽しめたようです✨ 2日目は椎茸のコマうち体験と、餅つき体験。
