始まりは『ついでに』だったのに、息子たちが卒業するころにはなんだか弁当作りが楽しくなってしまっていて笑 そのあともダンナだけの弁当作りが継続することになりました。 弁当不要の日を除きこれまで弁当作りができなかったのは、わたしが泊まりがけて旅行に行った時とインフルエンザにかかった(2回)時だけ。 坐骨神経痛の急性期←特に起床時にめっちゃ激痛 にも、転んで右手首を骨折した😂ときも休むことはなかったし、なんと、寝坊して作れなかった…ってことも一度もなかった(たぶん)。 こう書くと、なんかすごい頑張ったみたいだけどそんなことではなくて、ただ弁当作りはわたしにとっては趣味で好きなことだったってこと。 とくにinstagramを始めてから(最初のアカウントは @shimada_sachiko)はそれまで自分だけの記録だったものを全世界に(‼️)発表できるってことが楽しくて、明日の弁当は何にしよう？どんなふうに詰めたらカッコいいかな？といつも考え、ワクワクしながらやってきた。 実は更年期の5年間ほど、不眠と特に起床時の気分の落ち込み・不安感に悩まされていたのだけれど、そんな不調を忘れさせてくれたのが弁当を作ってインスタにあげること。 さあ、弁当作るぞ！って思うとなんとか起きられる…楽しい『趣味』は1日の活力を得るためにすごく助けになりました。 10年の間にはinstagram が縁で弁当を書籍に掲載してもらったり、思いつきで始めた手抜きの昭和弁当を各メディアで取り上げてもらったり…と自分でもびっくりな経験をたくさんさせてもらえました。 早くも東京で桜が開花しましたね。 こちらの開花予想は19日、満開は25日頃になりそうだということです。ワクワクしますね🌸 昭和の昔、桜が咲くのはもっと遅かったです。 わたしの地方では4月2週目以降が満開だった感じ、よく言われる[満開の桜の下での入学式] てのはなかった。 だから、大学進学で上京した翌日、4月1日の入学式の日にキャンパスの桜が満開だったのを見て 県立高校入試問題が新聞に掲載されていました。 みんなが志望校に合格できるとよいですね💮 合格発表は14日。午前10時に各校内に受験番号が張り出されるとともに、HPでも公開されるそうです。 時代は変わりましたね〜わたしらの頃は朝6時でした。 なんであんなに早かったのか😂 母とふたり早朝から高校に歩き、紙が張り出されるのを待ち構えた思い出があります😂 (受験番号だけだったか、氏名まで書かれていたかは記憶にない) そして、昔はなんと❗️ 合格発表の翌日の新聞に各高校の合格者名が載りました(しかも出身中学ごとに)。 記憶が定かではないが、ラジオやテレビでも流れていたような。。。 それでみなさんともだちや親戚の合格を確認した(で、お祝いの準備をしたりした)んですね。 なんとおおらかな時代だったのか😂😂個人情報、なんて言葉はなかった頃。 ・ ・ ・
