まずはビフォーとアフターでの踏み切りの音を聞いてください。 ジャンプストップの際、足が擦れるような動作が発生し、結果的に地面への圧力が不十分となり、鉛直方向への推進力が低下します。この動作では、力の伝達効率が悪く、ジャンプの高さに制限がかかります。 昨年の関東インカレでは入賞を果たしましたが、その際の助走や跳躍動作を見ると、三段跳びとしての合わせ方にはまだ課題が残っていると感じました。 この冬の練習では、跳躍技術そのものよりも、まず助走の走り方から見直しを行いました。後半にかけては、跳躍に必要な腕や脚の動かし方、そして意識の持ち方に重点を置き、丁寧に指導しています。選手自身からの質問にも答えながら、日々どのような意識で練習に取り組むべきかを共有しています。 ４月から大学4年生として、卒業までに自己ベストを更新することは当然の目標ですが、それだけではなく、「13m50cm」という新たな到達点を目指して共に努力しています。現時点では飛距離は理想には届いておらず、助走や跳躍技術のさらなる向上が求められています。今後も技術面での改善に取り組みながら、次のステップへ進んでいきたいと考えています。 また、16m39cmの自己記録を持つ小田大雅選手との合同練習を通じて、高いレベルの跳躍を間近で見ることができ、大きな刺激を受けました。さらに、13m目前の女子社会人選手とも切磋琢磨する機会があり、互いに刺激を与え合いながら成長できる環境に身を置けていることは非常に貴重です。 このような恵まれた環境の中で、引き続き選手の成長をサポートしながら、目標に向かってともに歩んでいきます。 ●練習ノートアプリ traqqer @traqqerapp をリリースしました！ 三段跳びを通じて出会った素晴らしいエンジニアさんに開発していただきました！ @engineer_jumper_sue 10年以上前に周りがExcelで練習メニューを作成している中、アナログだった自分は練習ノートにメモをしていました。練習ノートは必要なツールだと思いますが、その後効率的に残すツールが携帯で出来ないかなとエンジニアさんと話していたところ簡単に開発して下さいました。 このアプリでは 【個人アカウント】 ●練習メモに動画、画像貼り付けられる ●練習メニューテンプレートを作成できる ●バウンディング、三段跳びを意識した片脚のドロップボックスジャンプを行いました！ 陸上競技は、できるだけ短時間に発揮することを必要とする競技のため、ボックスから飛び降りて跳ぶ、リバウンド型のジャンプが重要なトレーニングになります。 特に、跳躍競技ではジャンプを行う時に体への衝撃が強いため、このように片脚で飛び降りるジャンプを行います。 怪我の為、なかなか出来ませんでしたが、反対脚から跳び始めました。 久しぶりの跳躍の為、ボックスの高さは低くしてあります。 ボックスの高さを高くすることにより、止まった状態からでも、実際の競技に衝撃に近づける為、自分自身はとても良い練習だと考えています。 そのため、他の選手よりは、ボックスジャンプは多く行っているほうだと思います。 ●腰がひけないよう、骨盤から動かす意識を跳躍に前に行っている ●移動している分、シューズの位置は真下より少し前。 ●足裏全部で、音をたてるように跳んでいるが、接地時間は短く。 ●跳ぶ瞬間ブレないように、腹筋と右脚を固める意識で行っている。 ※ここの伝え方は勉強します。 ------------------------------ @diceyamaguchiatc
