コンテンツ種別写真動画複数枚｢#PR｣つき投稿 関連投稿国 指定なし 関連都道府県 指定なし 並び替え投稿日順 ライク数順 コメント数順 エンゲージメント率順皆様こんにちは！ 今日も秋晴れの指宿です。 本日鹿児島県より表彰を受けましたので その様子をお伝えいたします。 鹿児島県では、県内企業における外国人材受入体制の向上や外国人材の確保を促進するために外国人材が働きやすい職場づくりに取り組んでいる企業等を表彰する「かごしま外国人材受入優良企業表彰」を実施されています。 当館では現在8か国から外国人材の受け入れを行っていて、先日のブログでもご紹介した特定技能生や技能実習生が調理や接客の現場で活躍しています。 今朝、鹿児島県商工労働水産部の外国人政策推進課の皆様が当館にお越しくださり、表彰式が行われました。 「鹿児島県内で、外国人材受入「優良賞」をホテル旅館の宿泊業が受賞するのは指宿白水館が初めてとなります。これからの鹿児島県の観光業が益々発展していくことを願っています」 …とのお言葉を、鹿児島県商工労働水産部の外国人政策推進課様から頂きました。 外国人材が多く従事する宿泊部・調理部では、日々の営業時間前後で文化交流を重ねて、和食についての知識や旅館としてのおもてなしにまつわる独特の言葉づかい、所作やその意味合いなどを画像と文章を使って勉強会も開いています。そうして可視化して共有することで、私達日本人スタッフも更に理解や知識を深めていくことができます。 これからもお互いに文化や言葉の違いを乗り越えて、仲間として一緒に成長していければと思います！ Kagoshima Prefecture has a program called the "Kagoshima Excellent Foreign Human Resources Acceptance Company Award." This award recognizes companies that are working to create a comfortable workplace for foreign staff. The goal is to improve the support systems for foreign workers within the prefecture and promote their employment. Currently, our hotel has employees from eight different countries. As we shared in a recent blog post, our technical intern trainees and those with Specified Skills visas are playing active roles in our kitchen and guest services. This morning, staff from the Foreign Policy Promotion Division of the Kagoshima Prefectural Department of Commerce, Industry, and Labor visited our hotel to hold the awards ceremony. In our accommodation and kitchen departments, where many of our foreign staff work, we hold regular study sessions before and after business hours. We use images and text to help with cultural exchange and to teach them about Japanese cuisine, the unique language used in ryokan hospitality, and the meaning behind our gestures and manners. Making this information visible and easy to share helps our Japanese staff deepen their own understanding and knowledge as well. Kagoshima-Ibusuki City is one of Japan's leading hot spring destinations. It is especially famous for its abundant hot spring water and the highly unusual "Lie down in the steamed sand" (Sunamushi Onsen), attracting many tourists throughout the year. The mild climate also fosters a thriving agricultural industry; Ibusuki boasts the highest production volume in Japan for broad beans and okra. Hot spring heat is also utilized in the cultivation of fruits such as mangoes and ornamental plants. There are several municipal Sand Steam Baths in Ibusuki City, which can be experienced right on the beach. Our hotel's sand steam bath is indoors, and continuous flow-through hot spring water of about 80∘C runs beneath the sand. The sand gradually absorbs heat from the hot spring and, through the effects of far-infrared rays, gradually raises the body's core temperature, washing away fatigue substances and pain-causing substances in the blood along with sweat, which provides a high detox effect and a refreshing feeling after bathing. A key advantage of our indoor facility is that you can comfortably enjoy it year-round, regardless of the weather. 第78回指宿温泉祭のハンヤ踊りに 当館が初参加してきました！ 1連から6連までの踊り連が メイン会場であるセントラルパーク指宿周辺を ハンヤ踊りで練り歩きます。 ハンヤ踊りの歌詞は オクラにそら豆日本一、ソレッ という掛け声が一般的です。 大会規定で衣装や掛け声はオリジナルでOK。 当館は、 指宿大好き、みんな好き！ソレッ という掛け声で参加しました。 この掛け声には由来があります。 先日9/22、MBC南日本放送の ラジオ中継ポニー号と、MBCタレントの 野口たくお様がご来館されて、当館の 若女将がラジオ番組「城山スズメ」に 生中継で出演しました🎤📻 MBC南日本放送様の「ポニー号」は、 県内各地で活動しているラジオカーの愛称です。 その歴史はとても長く、 1976年12月に2号車導入の際に愛称が 公募されて、およそ450件の応募の中から 厳選されて現在の「ポニー」に 決まったそうです！ ご到着後、すぐに打ち合わせがはじまりました。今回はMBCラジオ番組「城山スズメ」に生中継で出演となります。 当館の若女将は元アナウンサー。進行表をもとに、二人からどんどんアドリブが飛び出してきます。 「城山スズメ」は毎週月曜から金曜まで 1953年（昭和28年）10月10日のMBC ラジオ開局以来、放送を続けていて、 鹿児島県内外4世代の多くのリスナーさんに
