I decided to follow a beautiful pattern from @createaholic macrame 2 book instead of creating my own design, as I had limited time and I knew if I made my own there would be endless knotting and un knotting because I never pre design the pattern but rather go with the flow. This was the tie-the-knot wedding backdrop, the last pattern in her book. I have made a couple from it now and both are absolutely gorgeous. I loved following a pattern though, and Fanny’s instructions and beautiful illustrations made it super easy & simple to follow. I missed a few bits off as I just didn’t have the time and added some subtle colour into the fringe of the side panels to match the colourful theme of the wedding.
