During the supervision process, I was deeply impressed by INSTINCTOY’s passion for craftsmanship and the incredible level of completion they achieved. It feels as if the characters have stepped right out of my paintings — the surface texture even captures the subtle weave of canvas. Each piece is large enough to require both hands to hold, with a solid weight and overwhelming presence. To simply call them “figures” doesn’t do them justice — they are truly sculptural artworks. For more details, please visit the INSTINCTOY BLOG below: → https://www.instinctoy.blog/posts/58057733 ＊Pre-order period: Nov. 13, 2025, 10:00 – Dec. 8, 2025, 10:00 (JST)2025/11/13に公開1,253 回視聴 4.15%452縛りの創造“3素”/The Creation Under Constraint “Three Elements” 《めあごんりとの再開/Reunion with Meagonri》50センチ円形キャンバス/50cm Circular Canvas 制作の幅を広げるインプットの旅を当てもなくしてました。 まずは入れたものを出そうと思います。 創造のフィールドが広すぎると、人はかえって迷ってしまい世界は閉じてしまう。狭い縛りこそが、無限に広い世界を創造する鍵だと証明します。 この実験では、旅で特定の範囲から拾い上げた「3つの要素（3素）」という極限られた縛りのもとで制作を行います。作業は、この3素間に存在する行間を埋め合わせていくこと。 外的刺激である3素に縛られるからこそ、その行間を考える行為は、自分の内に深く向かう旅となります。本来自力では辿り着けなかった物語が生まれるけど、確かに自分で向かい合って産まれた創造です。 1素目“白犬” 2素目“古びた掛け金” 3素目“めあごんり” I’ve been traveling without a destination, seeking input to expand the range of my creation. Now, I want to release what I have absorbed. When the field of creation is too wide, we tend to lose our way, and the world closes in. It is the constraint—not freedom—that becomes the key to infinite imagination. In this experiment, I create under an extreme limitation: three elements (“Three Essences”) I have gathered within a specific range during my journey. The process is to fill the silent spaces that exist between these three elements. Because I am bound by these external stimuli, the act of exploring their in-between becomes a journey inward. Stories are born that I could never have reached on my own— yet they are still creations born through my own confrontation and effort.
