[Onigiri]

"Onigiri" is also called "rice ball" or "nigirimeshi".
Rice ball is a Japanese food made from white rice, seaweed and fillings. We put the filling such as pickled plum, salted salmon or bonito flakes, and just eat. Or, wrapped in seaweed.
Delicious even if it's cooled!
It is excellent in preservation and portability, and can be eaten by hand, so it has been useful as a lunch box and a portable food in Japan since ancient times.
